Guest Access:

You'll have full access to both houses and the entire property. Enjoy your private tropical gardens, the terrace hammock, and the peaceful surroundings.

The property is located just 30 meters from the main road, making it easy to access. Guests can choose from several convenient options: take a direct shuttle from San José (SJO) airport, fly on a short 45-minute domestic flight to Limón followed by a one-hour drive, or enjoy a scenic 4–5 hour drive from San José.



The Neighborhood:

Playa Chiquita is one of the most beautiful areas in Puerto Viejo, known for its lush tropical nature, wildlife, boutique restaurants, and relaxed Caribbean atmosphere.



Up House is surrounded by nature and conveniently located near restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Please note that the road where the house is located does not have direct beach access. To reach Playa Chiquita beach, guests will need to return to the main road and access the beach from the public entrances nearby.



The area is perfect for exploring the Caribbean lifestyle, enjoying the beaches, spotting wildlife such as sloths and monkeys, and discovering the local food scene.



Getting Around:

If you are traveling internationally, you will most likely arrive at Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José. From there, there are several ways to reach the South Caribbean area:



• Domestic flights with SANSA Airlines to Limón (LIO)

• Private charter flights

• Private door-to-door transportation

• Shared shuttle services

• Rental cars

The property includes parking for 1 vehicle. The best way to explore the area is by car, bicycle, or scooter, as Puerto Viejo and its beaches are spread along the main road.
