Just 400m from the beach, this tropical garden home with fruit trees offers privacy, tranquility, and a great location in Costa Rica’s Caribbean. Walk to restaurants, supermarkets, and local attractions. Easy access by bike or car. Perfect for travelers seeking comfort, nature, and an authentic vacation experience.
The property measures 1400 square meters and is surrounded by a natural fence to ensure privacy. It includes parking for two vehicles and a security camera at the entrance. The house has 3 bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a queen bed and a private bathroom, while the other two bedrooms have double beds with a shared bathroom. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Additionally, the house has a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. The entire house is on a single level, making it easily accessible.
The house is exclusively intended for guests.

Washer and dryer are available; we kindly ask you to be careful with the machines.
Due to tax regulations from the Government of Costa Rica, we kindly request a form of identification (ID card, driver’s license, or passport) in order to issue the required electronic invoice. This has no tax implications for you as a guest. Thank you for your understanding!

- Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: Daily from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
- Consideration for Neighbors:
This accommodation is located in a residential neighborhood; therefore, guests are asked to be considerate of the neighbors.
- Quiet Hours:
From 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. every day.
Parties and Events:
Parties and events are not allowed without prior consent from the MANAGER.
- Guest Limit:
No additional guests are allowed beyond those specified in the reservation.
- Damages and Alterations:
Damages or alterations to the property are not allowed; if they occur, a report will be filed with the relevant authorities and the full security deposit will be withheld.
- Pets:
Pets are ONLY allowed with prior authorization from the MANAGER; additional rules apply if pets are brought.
- Use of Gardens:
Urinating or making fire in the gardens is not permitted.
- Guest Responsibility:
The guest must safeguard the property and all items within it.
- Property Security:
The house must be locked when going to the beach, dining out, shopping, or engaging in any other activity.
- Energy Saving and Safety:
Lights, fans, air conditioning, and the stove or grill must be turned off when not in use.
- Substance Use:
The consumption of narcotics or any other substance that alters normal body, mind, or behavioral functions is not permitted.
If this occurs, the MANAGER reserves the right to cancel the guest’s reservation and require them to leave the property immediately.
- Keys:
When not in the house, keys must always remain in the designated guest key box with the code hidden.
In case of key loss, a fee of $150 will be charged for lock replacement.
- Additional Services:
All additional services (massages, bike rentals, tours of any kind, cooking service, etc.) must be paid at the time of requesting the service.
- Noise Restrictions:
Noise levels must not exceed 60 decibels throughout the day, in accordance with noise regulations for residential areas in Costa Rica.
For example, playing loud music, hosting parties, or holding loud conversations that exceed this limit is not permitted.
