A cozy and bright 35-square-meter studio apartment for 2 people, located on the first floor of a historic building (no elevator; there is one step to enter the apartment).

The apartment is located in the historic pedestrian area of Cagliari, near the Marina and the port of Cagliari, while the historic center is about 1 km away.

The studio apartment consists of a single open space with a living area, kitchenette, sleeping area, and bathroom.



The interior is laid out as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), counter with two stools, inverter air conditioner, portable dehumidifier, French-style sofa bed, TV.

- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, mirror, closet.

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating with inverter-type climate control, dehumidifier, vertical steamer, clothes rack, and hair dryer.



7 days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal (pay EUR 1.50 per person for the first 5 nights). Children up to age 12 and seniors up to age 70 are exempt from the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



N.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, you will be charged €15 for each set of linens used.

The apartment is located on Via Cavour, in the historic center of Cagliari, one of the city’s most distinctive and charming areas. It’s quite lively and well-connected, surrounded by numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés, making the neighborhood a must-visit for anyone visiting Cagliari. The area is also one of the oldest in the city, featuring a fascinating blend of traditional architecture and modernity.

Nearby points of interest:

- Bastion of Saint Remy: 8-minute walk;

- Cathedral of Santa Maria: 15-minute walk;

- Elephant Tower and San Pancrazio Tower: 10-minute walk;

- Piazza Palazzo: 10-minute walk.



The area is well-served by public transportation, but many of the attractions are just a few minutes’ walk from Via Cavour. In addition, the presence of public elevators (such as the one leading from the Marina neighborhood to Castello) makes access to the neighborhood easier, especially for those who prefer to avoid steep hills.



For those arriving by car, parking is available near the apartment (which is located in a restricted traffic zone, or ZTL), in one of the parking lots near the port or on the side street. Both are about 150 200 away from the apartment.



To get to the Cagliari-Elmas Airport, walk to Piazza Matteotti (about a 10-minute walk), and from there, take Bus Line 160 toward Cagliari-Elmas Airport (the trip takes about 15–20 minutes).



The Cagliari train station is only 600 m away, about a 10-minute walk.
