This house is a very spacious, and a well kept luxury home. Enjoy your day on the lake and come back to a house surrounded by nature. This house was specifically designed to offer the most to our guest.

FEATURES:
- Full service kitchen
- 4 Bedrooms with a pullout couch
- Deck with table, lounge area, and grill
- 3 Smart TVs
- Fast Wifi
- Hot Tub w/ powerful jets
- Outdoor firepit
- 2 Relaxing daybed
- Huge game room with foosball, skee-ball, connect 4 wall, and big sectional for movies.

Important Rules:
- The initial pet is is $99, and every pet after that, is an additional $50 per pet. You can pay for one pet during checkout. If there are additional pets, we will need to be notified so we can send you the additional pet fee. If you bring a pet without paying the pet fee before your arrival, then there will be a $200 fine supported by VRBO.

- No smoking on the property. If we get a report that you have been smoking on the property then there will be a $300 fine supported by VRBO.

- No parties or events on the property. This includes gatherings that involve more then 12 people, weddings, and events. If you are unsure if what you want to do is considered an event or not, just send us a message and we will be happy to answer that for you. Not following this rule will result in a $400 fine supported by VRBO.

These rules are only in place so that we can guarantee that every guest is showing up to an amazing home. We want to provide a 5 star experience for every single person that walks through our doors.

Our family had an amazing experience here! Everyone said how nice and clean it was from the very moment they walked in. So spacious, and great location! Quite a deal for what it is worth! I had a problem with my messages with Vrbo, but Cam was certain to get in contact with all of the information needed! Thank you for all of the games, fire pit, hot tub, and awesome tvs!

The lake house was very spacious, and the property was very well maintained. It had everything you need inside and out. We absolutely loved everything about it. We would highly recommend this lake house to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at the lakehouse! The house had everything that we needed to make our stay perfect. We made use of the games, fire pit and the outside seating was great for strargazing. The house was in a convenient location to the lakes and we loved paddling our canoes in the bays of LBL. Cam was quick to answer all of our questions and meet our needs. Highly recommend!

Excellent accommodations and host! The house was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The host was friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend staying at this location. There’s plenty of wildlife nearby to watch and the tree lined backyard feels private. It’s a great location for a relaxing getaway.

Great For Our Needs

We enjoyed our stay at the property. My son and five of his friends were with us- to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday! My husband, myself, our 19 year old daughter and our small dog. We didn’t have the best of weather, but the property had plenty to keep the teens occupied. I was bummed we couldn’t enjoy the fire pit as that was one of the main reasons we chose this property, but can’t control the weather! The boys used the hot tub for hours both days! They played all the games provided downstairs as well. There were plenty of towels and I ended up doing four loads of wash with the towels because teen boys SOAK them, but there were plenty while I waited for the loads to wash and dry. They enjoyed the blue tooth speakers downstairs. I will say some pictures of the property showed connect four and some showed dart board- the boys were expecting the dart board, but the connect four wall was used as well. While there we had 75 degrees and sunny, high level winds, tornado warnings, torrential rain, and it was spitting snow as we left. Haha! The location of the public dock was a bit confusing and in no way walkable! But we eventually found it and the kayaks were fun! The boys braved the freezing water. I cooked four meals while there and the kitchen had most things I needed.I will say that I could have used a pair of scissors in the kitchen, but there were enough pots and pans, etc. TVs were easy to use! Sheets were so soft & beds comfortable! Place waPerfect for our needs! dry.

Comfortable & Family friendly

Our family stayed for the week of Christmas. We wanted a get away with room to spread out & be able to just stay in; thats exactly what we got! It was very clean, comfortable and inviting. We appreciated the good quality of bedding (so comfy) & the abundance of nice towels provided. Pet friendly, but no sign or smell of animals! We very much enjoyed the hot tub & game room. There was firewood for the pit, a new gas grill, nice outdoor furnture, and adaquate nessecities for cooking!Not a con for us being our stay was in December, but would like to mention that there isnt any view of the lake from the house & is within a neighborhood with surrounding neighbors, so with the trees not in bloom, does take away some privacy but even with that, it was very quiet and very little activity from others.

Quiet Getaway

Quiet, Cozy Getaway For Family/Friends

This property was super cute. Extremely tidy and clean indoors with the most soft sheets and bedding I’ve ever slept in. The yard needed to be mowed and a little TLC, but it didn’t stop us from having a great time. The neighbors are quiet and the wildlife around love to play in the yard and the trees. If you’re a book lover, you’ll enjoy the large “bed swing “ I call it on the lower deck. The kiddos loved all of the games in the lower level. The only issue we had was that the gas grill was extremely dirty and falling apart due to so much usage. There was also a gas leak so we were unable to use it. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Very peaceful

The property was great. It was clean and lived in, so you felt at home. They had everything we needed, plenty of towels, equipment to cook with, even a s'mores bar. There had been storms prior to our stay so the fire pit was wet, but we made s'mores inside. The whole family had a good time.

Peaceful getaway

I happened to stumble upon this listing when my family decided to get away for spring break. The cabin is located in a super calm neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Google maps fooled me thinking the property was across the street from the lake. It wasn't as accurate as I'd like, but water front access is 5ish minutes away. We met the cleaning staff upon arrival. They were very helpful with information. I would suggest getting supplies prior to arrival as the nearest fully stocked grocery store is 15-20 minutes away. The home is very spacious. There were 7 of us with two dogs. The kids had a blast in the downstairs gaming area. I think their dads had just as much fun if not more! The hot tub was very nice and allowed for much needed quiet time for the adults. I have to tote on the host, Cam. He was so attentive and responded rather quickly to any questions or concerns. My family had a fun, memorable time and are looking forward to our next trip!

Came down for a family reunion and vacation getaway. This property was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful location, very spacious layout, an abundance of amenities, and great communication from the owner. Family getaway

Our stay was relaxing. The house was very inviting, and our kids had a great time in the game room. The kitchen was equipped with all you need, but lacking some baking pans. We didn’t get to enjoy the outside amenities because of the major storms we had moving through the area, but we would have loved to enjoy the fire pit ares. Overall the house was a great place to stay and Cameron was a great host and responded to my messages very quickly. Definitely would stay here again!

Family Reunion
