We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Cabriès, this charming air-conditioned flat with swimming pool, of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a kitchenette, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchenette equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A south-facing bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with bathtub, WC and towel dryer

Shared outside area :
- A shared, fenced and heated swimming pool, open from May 17 to September 28. There are two pools, a paddling pool for the little ones, and a large pool with variable depth. Sun loungers are located in the pool area.
- Leisure facilities include a children's play area and petanque courts.

The flat is ideally located in Cabriès, in a very pleasant environment. The area is peaceful and in a natural setting where walks are possible at the gates of the residence. The first beach is 11 km away. A golf course, a stud farm and a riding school are the nearest neighbours. Tennis courts and a health course are next to the residence. A shopping area is 8 minutes away by car, the village with local shops is 5 minutes away.

The flat is ideally located to discover Marseille and its surroundings. Don't hesitate to go to the Calanques National Park to enjoy the biodiversity and the beauty of the landscapes!

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's car park. Parking is free. There are also spaces for bicycles.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Aix en Provence, 10 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence 20 minutes by car

- Sheets and towels included.
- A breakfast buffet is available on site.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Laundry in the residence, 10 metres from the flat.
- Swimming pool: All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- A mandatory wristband system is in place at the residence. These wristbands will be provided based on the number of guests staying in the accommodation.
