Composed of a living room/kitchen of 12 m2 with sofa, height-adjustable table, television with box and Netflix as well as a connected speaker.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave/oven, a fridge with freezer. A toaster, a kettle, an oil-free fryer.
The bedroom is equipped with a shutter and a drawer under the bed.
On the mezzanine, a relaxation area with rest net and a sofa bed.
The city center of Cabourg is a 15-minute walk away via the Promenade Marcel Proust, it is the promise of a unique walk between Belle Époque villas with eclectic architecture and a beach with an infinite horizon.
If the 3.6 km don't scare you, put on tennis shoes, sneakers (or even flip-flops) for an invigorating walk on the promenade that runs alongside one of the most beautiful beaches in Normandy.
If you prefer, you can simply contemplate the sea from the perfectly exposed balcony equipped with a table and 2 chairs.
Parking within the residence is free. We accept small dogs under 10 kilos for a cleaning deposit of 35€ which will be returned to you if the accommodation does not require a thorough cleaning.
So don't hesitate, everything is included, bed made on arrival and cleaning.
