2. Pass Marina Flamingo, cross the bridge, and stay left at the roundabout.
3. Take the first right up the hill (Flamingo Beach Rd) and drive ~300 meters.
4. Pass Punta Plata Condominiums and continue 50 meters.
5. Turn left into Real de Flamingo.
6. Drive down the hill to the security gate of Oceanica Condominiums.
7. Unit 829 is in the last of the three buildings on the right.
8. Take the elevator to the 5th floor — Welcome!
