Welcome to this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium, located within Reserva Conchal, a 2600-acre gated community with access to Playa Conchal – a white sand beach frequently selected as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world by notable publications!



Situated close to the pool and resort amenities, this condominium is perfectly positioned for stunning views of the golf course, surrounding tropical forest, and local wildlife. (It’s not uncommon to see monkeys, parrots, and more!) Lean back and relax … the open Mediterranean design invites you to enjoy the serenity and beauty of the surroundings from all three bedrooms, the living area, and balcony.



Bright, light, and airy—this vacation home was recently remodeled with an emphasis on guest comfort and clean design. Local Guanacaste hardwoods, contemporary fixtures, and artistic accents blend seamlessly across the spacious open-concept floor plan. Three stylishly appointed bedrooms easily accommodate six guests. The Bougainvillea clubhouse, pool, and community grills are steps away. Additionally, you have exclusive access to the members-only beach club at Reserva Conchal. There, you can enjoy access to the beautiful Conchal beach with crystal-clear waters and amenities such as a gym, jacuzzi, spa, paddleboards, kayaks, mountain bikes, and more. Shuttle rides to/from the beach club are offered daily.

For nature lovers, the resort provides more than 5km of natural trails for hiking and biking, also a wildlife refuge (protected area) that is home of several flora and fauna species that are worth to visit.



Among our purposes is ensuring that the unit meets the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Our housekeeping department provides a quality professional service, following cleaning and disinfecting protocols and reinforcing the tranquility and satisfaction of each of our guests. It is a team of qualified personnel that uses the best quality products, carrying out rigorous control in every corner of the unit, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. Upon arrival, you will find the unit perfectly prepared and checked by our team.

Public spaces at the buildings such as entry, elevators and elevator buttons and public bathrooms are deeply and often disinfected.



The extraordinary beach club offers a fitness center, steaming room, sauna and more. Also, kayaks and bicycles are available for guests with no additional cost.

The Westin and W Costa Rica hotels are located inside Reserva Conchal resort. During your stay, we recommend checking with our concierges about the availability to visit the exclusive restaurants located in the different hotels of the resort.



If you want additional cleaning services during your stay, we are happy to offer them. You only have to contact us so we can share our menu with you.

Magnificent!

Our family had an incredible stay in this condo. It was clean, relaxing, convenient, and a perfect spot for our whole family! We loved the Reserva Conchal and all of the amenities it offered. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend it and will be coming back for another visit!
