This 7 bedroom, 10,500 square foot home features gorgeous lounge spaces sheltered by grand palapas, a fully-equipped ocean view wet bar, spectacular pool terrace and every comfort and amenity imaginable, all just steps away from the sand and surf of the Sea of Cortez.

A winding walkway bordered by palm trees leads to a beautiful wood door carved with the image of a smiling sun. Inside, the spacious open-concept living and dining areas sit under the shade of a massive palapa that opens right onto the pool terrace. A seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor environment lets in the cool ocean breezes and soothing sounds of waves washing against the shore.

Design and decor are inspired by the beauty and warmth of Mexico. Vibrant linens, Saltillo tiles, and local art pieces, painting, sculpture and tile work brighten every room at Las Rocas. Located in separate casitas, each of the seven-bedroom suites is a lavish private escape where guests can enjoy total rest and relaxation.

Entertaining is fun and easy at Las Rocas. The villa's ample lounge and dining areas, resort-style wet bar, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with professional-grade appliances offer the perfect setting for a casual cocktail party or a delicious five-course meal.

Indoor living is luxurious, but it is the outdoor spaces that truly make Las Rocas an unforgettable vacation retreat. Swaying palms and a multitude of fruit trees surround the property, creating the ambiance of a lush tropical paradise hidden away from the world. Great Time!
We had an amazing stay at Villa Las Rocas, I must say that the casita #5 was out of commission when we were there. Two of our friends had to share a room because of this. It was a shame but we made it work. Other than that we had a beautiful stay! We will definitely be back!!

What a jewel!
This is not a house. It's a (1.5 acre) beachfront private resort. We had 7 couples last May for 6 nights and had the best time. We left the compound for some golf and ATV tours but the best times were at the upper bar and beach side palapa. The staff provided excellent in-villa cooking and one night we brought in a chef, complete with his entourage for the super special night. The compound offers everything needed from meals to SUP's, to kayaks and masseuses brought on site. So much different than any place in the Cabo area. Also, the pictures didn't even do it justice. What a jewel!!

It's paradise!
Villa Las Rocas is simply paradise. This is the third time we have been here, and we would not stay anywhere else in Cabo. We came with a group of our closest friends, and had an amazing time! The rooms are all spacious and comfortable with spectacular views. The staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. The food service was all very healthy and delicious. We had the most relaxing time at the pool and beach. I highly recommend this location...it's paradise!

All the conveniences of home, with none of the burdens
Such a unique property. It was beautiful and had all the conveniences of home, with none of the burdens! Rodolfo and Lucerna prepared delicious and healthy meals for us. The yummy margaritas were flowing, and the beach seemed almost private! We saw about 10 people on the beach total in 3 days. Whales, turtles....what more could you want?! This place is a gem!
