Both bedrooms open directly onto the balcony and come with king-sized beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and Smart TVs. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to salt air drifting through the doors. Two full bathrooms give everyone space to get ready without the morning shuffle.

You're closer to both resort pools than most units here, including the oceanfront pool lined with loungers and umbrellas — both open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. The beach is just steps from your door, and the marina — packed with shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife — is a 5 to 10-minute walk away.

WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay, and the dining table doubles as a great spot to catch up on emails between adventures. The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and refresh your wardrobe whenever you need. Parking is available for one vehicle per unit — a parking pass is required. The shared gym on-site helps you stay active, and Cabo's famous beach bars and downtown energy are within easy reach.

You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)
