This villa was even better than advertised! Beautiful views, all the comforts of home, and a HUGE balcony where we spent most of our time looking for whales (which we saw every day). Tom and Kathy were the most welcoming hosts and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was extra special!

AMAZING! Better than the pictures! It feels like a home! Property was well maintained, staff was so attentive, easy beach access and walkable to fun. By far our favorite thing was the balcony! The hotel property and staff exceeded any and all expectations. We were so comfortable in the space and when/if we needed assistance it was easy to find help. I highly suggest you recommend this rental property to anyone if they enjoy clean and quiet spaces.

Great space!

We loved the property and all the amenities! Tom and Kathy were quick and responsive, as was the resort. The check-in process was smooth. There is a convenient market on the property but the prices are astronomical (5 for an apple). The only negative was the space comes with one paper towel roll and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. With seven of us staying here for a week, we went through these items very quickly. When we asked the resort about replenishing, it was going to cost 20. Just a heads up to be conservative unless you want to provide your own!

Visited Cabo to celebrate a friend's 70th birthday. 4 of us in this large, comfortable and high end location with the exquisite view on the enormous deck had a fabulous time. Catering to adults and families - mostly with young children, the Villa and the pools were immaculate. The drinks at the pool were amazing, the staff so friendly and dinners there were delicious. We hope to come again!

Villa La Estancia is gorgeous! The two bedroom villa was large, outside deck large and what a view! Pickleball Courts with iced bottled water and towels delivered daily was above and beyond! Pools, Ocean, Delicious Food at 3 Resort locations! Great walk down beach to Marina! Highly recommend! Owners share exactly what their place provides!

Truly Paradise!

2503 was a perfect location for our vacation! We traveled with our three adult sons and had plenty of room for everyone! The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The beds and linens were super comfortable and luxurious! The condo was immaculate and decorated perfectly! We had access to all the resort amenities including the other two resorts on the same property. It was nice to be so close to the marina and downtown. The on-site small grocery store has necessities and be sure to bring the recycle bags in the pantry. We bought bags three different times, lol! The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful! This was the best vacation spot we have ever visited, and we can't wait to return!!

Seemless, fantastic villa with prime view and location and amenities!

The ideal stay - concierge and great service - in home meals as well as room service, gym, pool/bar/food cooked to order, ocean all out just outside our door - and serviced making a wonderful balance between VRBO and hotel. Tom, our VRBO host, was exceptional! Very helpful and responsive! Couldn't have asked for more.

This was our first visit to Cabo and it was *amazing*. This property has amazing views and was hands down the nicest place we'd ever been in Mexico. Tom was super responsive to our questions. The resort staff is fantastic. If you wavering on booking this villa, just do it. It's close to everything you need. Beds were super comfortable. Huge balcony with plenty of seating for morning coffee or in the evenings...we were a fan! We would definitely rebook if we return to Cabo! This villa/resort is a gem!

Great Place

My family had an awesome trip. The unit was as described and the owner was easy to communicate with. Amazing view. One of my highlights was lounging on the awesome balcony with a book. Read 3 pages and then look up to stare and the ocean. Repeat. Great pool. Exceedingly friendly staff. The pool restaurant on site is great, but we enjoyed walking down the beach to one of the several restaurants. We recommend The Hungry Shark. Seated on a plastic chair, toes in the sand. Bliss

Best location at Villa La Estancia!

We’ve stayed at VLE six prior times and 2503 was by far the best. That view!! Lovely interior, spacious, fully loaded, lots of extras. We’re already talking about booking in December.
