The Neighborhood:
Without question, Pedregal is one of the most noteworthy and exclusive neighborhoods in Los Cabos. While enjoying complete safety and security of the guard-gated neighborhood, you are also only a few short minutes from the thriving nightlife, dining and entertainment of downtown Cabo San Lucas. This is truly the best of both worlds, mixing sophistication, style and ease of access.
Getting Around:
Once on property, you are just a 15-minute walk to Medano beach and the Marina.
From the airport the drive is approximately 45 minutes. The Villa has a two-car garage and parking on the property for two additional cars. The lot in front of the Villa is also owned by the owners of Casa Luca.
Thus, no one can build in front of the Villa thereby maintaining the spectacular view and privacy.
Other Things to Note:
Houseman’s casita is located on the property but not in the Villa, consisting of a kitchen, living room, full bath and bedroom and sitting area.

The Villa features, in addition to the master suite, and downstairs guest suite, three bedrooms each with a private shower/toilet and walk-in closets, each with patio access and uninterrupted ocean views.

The entertainment area features numerous built-in stereo speakers which are placed at strategic locations on the ground floor and patio, enabling a continuous music experience. All doors in the villa open to the patio with Pacific Ocean views.
The Villa’s orchard bears fruit throughout the year and the custom landscaping including plants, shrubbery, and bougainvillea and palm trees is impeccable.
