Guests have full access to the condo and are welcome to use all the clubhouse amenities, which include a complete workout room, community pool, tennis court, game room, and fitness center.
Additionally, our guests can take advantage of a Day Pass at Casa Dorada Resort's Beach Club and Pool. It's a fantastic way to spend a day at the beach while also enjoying the resort's facilities. Please inquire about our special rate. No reservation is needed, but we do recommend arriving early at the resort to ensure availability. Note: This is a third-party offering, and access is subject to the resort's availability and capacity.

While you might notice construction sounds upon arrival, the condo's thoughtful interior design minimizes noise intrusion, allowing you to focus on what's important: unwinding in a tropical paradise. If you're particularly noise-sensitive or seeking complete tranquility, this property may not be the ideal fit. However, if you're looking to enjoy breathtaking views, top-tier amenities, and a prime location, Vista Vela offers an exceptional experience.
Please note that the maximum occupancy for this condo is strictly limited to 6 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in denied check-in. Daytime visitors are welcome, provided the maximum occupancy is not surpassed. Violation of this rule will incur a $250 USD fine.
We kindly remind you that pets are NOT allowed on this property, If you are planning to travel with your pet or service dog please let us know, and we will be happy to find a place for you, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.
In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.
We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
