Family Condo Walk to the Beach & All the Hot Spots

"Welcome to our beautiful three-bedroom apartment located in a gated community with electronic key entrance. The apartment features an outdoor pool, 24/7 security, and a great location. The living-dining room includes a 49" SMART TV with an APP BOX, and the apartment also offers 100 MEGAS WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a parking space available. Each room has A/C and ceiling fans, and there are two bathrooms in the apartment. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of Medano Beach, as well as restaurants, bars, nightclubs, coffee shops, ATMs, and supermarkets.
The main bedroom has two twin beds, an attached bathroom, and an open closet. The second bedroom has a full bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds with a bathroom serving the two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully furnished with appliances including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Beach towels, an umbrella, and beach chairs are also available for your beach outings.
The apartment is located in a very safe neighborhood with 24/7 security and restricted access. It is close to everything you need during your stay in Cabo San Lucas, including public transportation and Uber rides. The check-in process is simple with an electronic card from the lockbox allowing you to check in any time after the designated check-in time. Assistance is available through the platform if needed during your stay.
The apartment is located in LA ISLA (THE ISLAND) Condominiums, a gated community near Cabo San Lucas downtown. It is within walking distance of Medano Beach (Mango's Deck), which has restaurants, bars, and entertainment. It is also close to Walmart, Paraiso Mall, and the Marina where you can take a boat to the ARCH."

Great apartment!

Great location, 10-15 min walk to the marina, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, etc.The apt was really nice and clean! Had everything we needed, even beach towels. The ac worked well. The hot water is really slow to come on. Apt felt very safe. The keycard for the gate was often not working, but the security guard would buzz us in. The neighbourhood is fine, and we never felt unsafe. It's not lit the best at night, so of course keep awareness.

Great spot for a family vacation

Nice place with an excellent host who went over the top to help answer questions, and set up transportation and excursions. I would definitely stay again!

Good for the price.

Overall was good. Had everything we needed. Nothing fancy. Cool taco place across the street called kbo taco. A must try. Walk to beach is ten minutes or so. If you go out of the condo to the left you’ll head to the main strip and beach. If you turn right you’ll head into a poor area. You can walk here safely. Use google maps to find little shops and places to buy fruit. Way cheaper. Lots of dogs around. They don’t bother you though. You’ll hear dogs barking and roosters crowing each morning. If you want fancy stay at a resort. If you want to experience a bit more culture stay here. Host was very very helpful and answered questions quickly. I would stay here again.

The best vacation ever

I truly enjoyed the place we stayed in close to everything. It was wonderful. The landlord was amazing, in the hiccups in the road she was there instantly. Always answering any questions and keeping us informed. We loved our little gift waiting when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again.

Cabo experience is worth every penny!!

The host was absolutely the BEST!! Visiting another country can be intimidating but I truly felt that our host was with me for EVERYTHING that I needed; directions, information, and help. The apartment was exactly as pictured. We had all the essentials and more already in the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, water and coffee oh and a bottle of wine what else could you possibly need, right? We fully stocked the refrigerator at Walmart (6 mins away)the next morning. Getting from the airport and to the apartment was a little tricky but with our host's help, we made it!! Thanks for everything and we will stay with you again if you'll have us.

Good Location. Walking Distance to Everything

We moved to this condo after having an issue with one we had originally booked for our month stay in Cabo San Lucas. Olaya was great to deal with and was quick to respond and helped us out immensely. She checked in by message regularly and when there was an issue it was dealt with within an hour (no hot water). When we had question she was quick to respond. The condo is located far enough away from the marina and market areas that you don't have that constant noise, but close enough that you can walk there in about 12 minutes. Medano beach is about a 10 minute walk. You can get to it right by Mango Deck or walk a little farther and you can access it at Tabasco Beach Bar. City Club is a 5 minute walk away to get groceries and bulk items for a long term stay. There is an Oxo close and a mini super. Walmart is a short Uber ride (under 50 pesos). Plaza Copan is right around the corner with a great little restaurant Mestizo and a coffee shop. The condo looks exactly like the photos. There is plenty of room in the main area. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a decent deck. The only downside to the deck was that there really isn't view of the pool and you never get sun on it because of how it faces. We met a few other couples at the complex and we did a comparison, our condo was the nicest by far. Early in the morning you can hear chickens from a neighboring place, but we got used to it quickly and didn't even notice them after a couple days. The pool area was clean and there were always chairs available. It would be nice if there were more than just loungers to sit on by the pool, but as it is a residential condo that is understandable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Isla Condominiums and would recommend it to anybody that would like to be in Cabo San Lucas but not quite in the middle of it all. Plus our host was great to deal with.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE CABO

I love how close it was to downtown and Medano Beach, but the immediate surroundings, not so much. I loved how big and spacious it is, and I loved the pool.
