Guests have full access to the condo, the Paraiso Residences Terraces with panoramic views of the Marina, and the fitness center located in the tower.



The Neighborhood:

Important Notice – Puerto Paraiso Mall & Paraiso Residences Access



Please note that Puerto Paraíso Mall, where The Residences are located, is currently approximately 75% closed, with only certain areas operating, including Vía Paraíso (Chedraui, banks, and the newer section), Luxury Avenue, and a selection of restaurants facing the Marina.



The location of the Residences is excellent, just steps from the Marina and within walking distance to Medano Beach. However, please be aware that there is no assigned parking on-site. If you plan to rent a car, nearby paid parking options are available (we’re happy to share details on options & pricing). Additionally, vehicle access for drop-off or pick-up is not available at the building, and access to the property is pedestrian only.



Located in the heart of Cabo Marina, Paraiso Residences places you right where everything happens. Step outside your condo and you’re surrounded by:

The Cabo San Lucas Marina, with luxury yachts, dining, and excursions.

Medano Beach, Cabo’s most popular swimmable beach, is only a 5-minute walk away.

Getting Around:

Everything is walkable — Marina, beach, and downtown within 5 minutes.

Uber works well throughout Cabo (except at the airport and certain resorts).

Private airport transfers available from Ronival Concierge for an extra fee

Bus stop for San José del Cabo is right outside the mall, and reach the historic district in 40 minutes



Other Things to Note:

Night Noise: Being in the heart of Cabo, occasional nightlife noise is expected.

Jacuzzi: Fully private and maintained before each stay. **Please note: The private jacuzzi is currently out of service until further notice.**

Pets: Not allowed.

Lost Keys: $20 USD replacement fee applies.

Vendors: External vendors are not allowed; please get in touch with our Ronival Concierge for trusted service recommendations.

Monthly Stays: Accepted (refundable security deposit of $300 USD/month may apply).

Community Access: Guests must present ID and sign the community rules upon arrival.

Construction work such as removal, demolition, and masonry will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Additionally, some cleaning and debris hauling may occur at night, with the team taking care to avoid noise that could be disturbing.
