El personal no es amable, no se dan cuenta que también hay huéspedes mexicanos y sus comentarios son imprudentes. En la noche teníamos frío y llamamos a operadora ya que queríamos que nos apagaran el aire (no funcionaba la pantalla) y el mantenimiento lo único que hizo es quitarle la pantalla porque “no funcionaba” Como teníamos frio pedimos un cobertor (ya que la cama no cuenta con cobertor) y despues de 30 minutos nos llevaron un COLCHON DE PLUMAS pesadísimo el que lleva abajo de todas las sabanas… Mi camarista Braulia estaba molesta porque nos dieron late check out a la 1 pm e hizo unos comentarios como “pues no se han salido” , “su check out era a las 12 y ahora que a la 1” El bellboy le pedimos un ride al restaurante de tacos y nos comento que podiamos “ir caminando”. De regreso nos toco el mismo ya que el restaurante estaba cerrado y no sabiamos donde comer y al parecer el tampoco. La in house de mi edificio nos pregunto a que horas nos íbamos porque le estaban preguntando para limpiar la habitación. Nos dieron un free upgrade por ser vip expedia a una habitación que nosotros reservamos jaja. Deberían de capacitar mas a su personal.

First off, I had called from airport letting them know I was on the way for some reason Expedia sent me a message saying to call for check in instructions but turns out I didn't have to. I have on Expedia that says I can ask for room upgrade so I asked for it and he notated it. I get there I ask him for it again and it's like I never said anything they just ignore if you're not going to pay extra. We got there a little so the front desk mentioned we could go look around and check in later or we would have to check out at 10 am the day of check out. We opted for late so went to wonder off and we had no idea about the golf carts as transportation and started walking everywhere we were so tired. Ended at a place were there is a bar with red umbrellas and seating area and ate. The lady who helped us was so attentive then we were going to leave and they gave us the check and we had to sign it. That was weird it was my first time at all inclusive where we sign after each place you eat at. This was new to me. I've been to lots of all inclusive. We checked in finally and went about our business they did explain the different places to eat and we made our reservations for each day. The expiation was way too fast but we went about our day. I will tell you that at each restaurant every time they would take so long for the food even drinks so my husband would ask for another drink as soon as he would drop some off. The check was given at the hour even if you would stay there for hours.

This was the cleanest resort I have ever stayed in. The staff were kind and available throughout my entire stay. I truly felt like royalty. My one piece of feedback is that everything closes quiet early - Such as pool, pool and bar service and restaurants. Definitely would have planned differently knowing the hours for everything. Overall, will be coming back next year.

I highly recommend this resort. I injured my foot on the first day and the hotel staff helped me with anything I needed. Management made sure I still enjoyed my time there, everyone was very hospitable. I’m very appreciative of the kindness that was given. The food exceeded my expectations, lots of different places to eat. There was also great shuttle service to get around the resort. That helped me get around with my injury. My overall experience was excellent and would definitely stay here again!

Great resort. Best food, drinks and service we've ever had. Beach is to rocky to swim but you can take free shuttle to town to Beach. Skip the sales pitch, was the only negative experience during the week.

Gorgeous property and welcoming staff. We were offered a room upgrade at check in, which was beautiful. They also convinced us to upgrade to the premium all inclusive, which depending on what you like could be worth it. Everything is walkable but they have golf carts available all over if you don’t want to walk. We ate at a few different restaurants and they were all great! Definitely recommend and we will for sure return!

The pictures don’t do the resort any justice. This resort is breathtakingly beautiful. The scenes from the Vista lobby and spa are incredible. When we booked our stay we wanted somewhere that felt authentic and the Hacienda delivered. The staff were all kind and accommodating! We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

Overall this was a mediocre experience and we will not return. The property was beautiful and well kept. The pools were amazing and heated very well. The rooftop infinity pool overlooking the ocean was gorgeous. The food was average at best. Anything beef (cheeseburger, steak) was inedible. The service was unbelievably slow and they felt very understaffed. They also nickel and dime you on everything. Room service is not included!! So be aware. You want to use their putting and chipping green - you have to pay. You want room service - you have to pay. Then they also have you sign receipts from every single item you order which was totally bizarre and had me concerned we would be charged. (They didn’t charge us). And one night waiting at the Mexican place for a table for a long time and my 4 year old was thirsty. They refused to give me a bottle of water from the bar and said I’d have to order from my waiter when we got a table. We just left. Grounds were pretty, food was ok, but service was terrible.

We were EXTREMELY unhappy with our choice to spend our “once in a lifetime” trip at this resort. Firstly, this IS NOT an all-inclusive resort. It is a resort that offers an al-inclusive add on. There are resort goers who pay as they use restaurants and bars. As an all-inclusive guest, you are treated like a second rate citizen. We were often told there were no reservations at restaurants, waited over 2 hours for food and drinks, and had no idea what was or was not included. The rules on what was included were vague. We received a bill (requiring a signature) after EVERY drink or bite to eat. Service was slow and the resort appeared very understaffed. However, I believe there was an effort to extend wait times in order to limit how much all inclusive guests were given. The website and Expedia descriptions of the resorts are also vastly misleading. It talks about mini golf as being included along with room service. However, to receive many benefits of the resort you had to upgrade your all inclusive to premium. We were also disappointed that there was not a dedicated buffet for lunch or dinner. You HAD to make reservations or eat at two fast food spots. Again, slow service offered at these spots.

The resort is beautiful and the pools are nice except one of the family pools was pretty cold. Service at the pools and restaurants varied from excellent to slow. It seemed to get worse as our stay went along. The last day no one came to our table at all at breakfast. Pedro, Edwin and Odell were fantastic though!! The shuttle to the sister resort needs to run more often.

The basic room we were first placed in at the building el encanto was outdated just painted & we were never informed carpets were old fixtures were rusty. We complained about it and were moved to an amazing studio space very clean and to our standards with an incredible view. The property itself is amazing & the staff!

3 Ladies Getaway We got the All Inclusive package from Expedia which includes our flights. We got a spacious one bedroom ocean view. It includes I big living room, 2 bathrooms 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a chaise lounger. And a long patio overlooking the ocean with chairs to watch the sunset. We are happy with our room. There are many fine dining restaurants you can eat from. Maybe around 15 to choose from. All have great food and amazing views. Some need reservations ahead of time. After adding the amount we would have paid to eat and drink like queens for 3 days alcohol included) it amounted to $425 pp. we paid $1150 for our all inclusive package. This is a steal! They plenty of heated pools to play in. Our favorite is the infinity pool! 2 perks that we didn’t know about till our last day. The front desk staff for some reason didn’t emphasize these. This hotel has a sister hotel in Cabo San Lucas dock where we took advantage of their nice pool and their restaurant. It is also the spot where the hotel’s free shuttle drops you off and picks you up every two hours. This perks are pretty cool if you want to do some water activities such as glass bottom boat that takes you to the arches (fun ride) or the sunset dinner cruise which I will tell you to skip. Overall this is a wonderful trip with wonderful accommodations!!

This is a beautiful resort. The hills and views are spectacular. The staff all seem genuinely happy and willing to serve you with a smile. The pickleball courts are why we picked this resort and they didnt disappoint. The only negative is the highly inflated prices of everything. If you didnt do all inclusive you are in for a real big shock....ie latte at starbucks, $15 USD!!

We enjoyed the stay. However we did not like the time expended on the first day with Paula from time share, you should ask if a person want to be involved or expend your holiday on the looking and hearing your talks. We expended our money not to go to time sharing. That was terrible. The way Paula involved us. We need rest and at the endexpended 6 hours on time share. Six hours wasted on time share that we did not enjoyed,

I absolutely loved my stay at Hacienda Encantada the staff was amazing and attentive especially Eric at el forno so kind !!! Los riscos was a great dinner date night and I felt extra special on my birthday thanks to Oscar. I would 10/10 recommend this to others and can’t wait to be back !
