Guests will have full access to the condo, as well as the beautifully maintained common areas, including two infinity pools just steps away. For your convenience, elevator access makes coming and going easy. As part of the prestigious Pedregal community, you'll also enjoy access to tennis courts, pickleball courts, and the peaceful Pedregal Beach, located just a 20-minute walk or a short drive from the condo. Within Cascadas, relax in the heated infinity pools (perfect during the winter months), unwind in the jacuzzi, or lounge in the tranquil outdoor areas designed for your comfort.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled within the prestigious Pedregal community, just a seven-minute drive from downtown Cabo San Lucas, you'll find the stunning condos of Cascadas. This exclusive enclave offers an unparalleled blend of luxury and convenience.
Pedregal is the biggest luxury community in Cabo, with a privileged location in the rocky hills behind the Cabo San Lucas famous Arch. It is a fully residential community, featuring some of the most luxurious and astonishing properties in Los Cabos, and just 3 miles away from downtown Cabo and Marina.
Pedregal's amenities include tennis courts, a playground, a pickleball court, and access to Pedregal Beach. Pedregal Beach is not private, but access is limited between the Pedregal Cliffs and Montecristo Estates. Pedregal Beach is one of the most unique spots for photo sessions, enjoying a quiet sunset evening, whale spotting during the season, or a wonderful walk. Please note Pedregal Beach is NON SWIMMABLE.

Getting Around:
Cascadas is located just 15 min walking distance to downtown, where you can enjoy restaurants, bars, and shops.
It is a downhill walk when heading to the downtown (uphill when heading back). Pedregal is a big gated community with a few hills, so it's an amazing exercise to walk through the hills and its secure streets, but if you are looking for a more comfortable ride, renting a car is pretty simple and convenient.
Medano Beach, the closest swimmable and one of Medano's hottest spots, is only 5-10 minutes driving distance from Casa Serenity, as well as the Cabo San Lucas Marina.

According to community rules and regulations, the maximum occupancy for this condo is 6 guests and cannot be exceeded at any time. Additional guests beyond this limit are not permitted. Reservations arriving with more guests than those originally booked and registered will be denied check-in. Daytime visitors to the condo are welcome, provided that the maximum occupancy is not exceeded. A fine is applicable if this rule is violated.
To maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors on our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.
