This custom-built casita with loft is creatively designed by the owner. Made up primarily of reclaimed wood and windows, the views are unending from every turn. Drinking water is plumbed throughout the house. Please bring your own refillable water bottles and/or travel mugs.

The upstairs open loft lends a birds-eye view to the whole house interior and the incredible 360° views of the ocean, the twinkling lights of Ensenada, the mountains, and the surrounding ranches.
Cozy up in the plush king size bed. A waterless eco-toilet and sink eliminate the need for late night trips down the stairs for potty breaks.

The galley kitchen is fully equipped with cooktop, large capacity toaster, oven, and microwave. Everything you need for cooking is at your fingertips.

The private property is gated and fenced with a 24 hour caretaker or owner in residence.

Of course, as a horse ranch, there are horses. Horseback riding and lessons are available at additional charge. Our valued guests will receive a discount on their riding experience. If it is a riding getaway that you seek, cowboy up, there are unlimited options available for trails and experiences, including north slope, the ridge, and the beach. The owner will be thrilled to put together a package to suit you. All ages and experience levels encouraged.

Free range chicken eggs and seasonal ranch produced honey are available. We can provide small bundles of firewood to stoke up your personal deck chiminea.
