Late check-out until 2:00 PM is subject to availability due to incoming reservations and cleaning schedule. After 2:00 PM, late check-out is not guaranteed.

Late check-out until 3:00 PM may be available on a case-by-case basis and will be confirmed on the day of departure only. Additional fees apply.

Guests are welcome to remain in the common areas if needed.

This studio is located in Kite Beach Hotel, just steps from the sand and the warm waters of the Atlantic. You’ll have access to the on-site pool when you want to cool off in fresh water. The building is pet-friendly, so your furry friends are welcome to join the adventure. Drinkable water is available on-site, making your stay easier and more comfortable.
Being on the third floor means you’ll enjoy better breezes, more privacy, and those partial ocean views that remind you exactly where you are—without the higher temperatures that can come from being on the ground level. Access is by stairs, which also means a quieter environment away from heavy foot traffic.
