My stay
I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. And they also have English speaking staff, so if you don’t speak Portoguese that is no problem. The room i had was with a tub. The room has a good size and is of a high standard. The pool area is great with a beautiful view of Buzios. The resturant is also a place i recommend going by. This place is well worth the money!

Fantastisk hotell ved Orla Bardot
Fantastisk hotell med fantastisk betjening! Man følte seg hjemme og ivaretatt, alle passet på og var imøtekommende. Betjeningen var også gode i engelsk. Vi fikk god hjelp til å organisere aktiviteter, og hadde en fin dag med dykking etter assistanse fra hotellbetjeningen. Frokosten var velsmakende og hadde godt utvalg.Utsikten fra frokostrommet og bassengområdet er helt nydelig. Bassenget i nedre plan er oppvarmet. Helt herlig. Rommet kunne hatt litt bedre mulighet for oppbevaring av klær, men var ellers nydelig, rent og fint.

Da vi ankom var det et par moskitos på rommet som selvsagt fant leggen min med det samme. Da jeg ga beskjed om dette i resepsjonen ble han litt overrasket og sa; unnskyld bare vent et øyeblitt. Da vi kom tilbake etter å ha spist lunch fantes det ikke et insekt, -resten av oppholdet. Så hva han gjorde skulle jeg likt å vite. Vi hadde et trivelig og godt opphold bortsett fra dårlig brødmat til frokosten. Jentene i frokostsalen var sjeldent søte og service minded. To minutter inn til hovedgaten. Good value

Great stay !
We had an Ant line tracking behind our bathroom sink. We reported it, but it never went away. The staff here are great, location is fantastic, and it appears this is one of the premier hotels in Buzios

We spent 5 nights at the hotel. All of the staff were very good, friendly and helpful. Our room did not have any view which was a shame, but I think that was all that was available when we booked. We had a bath on the small terrace, but we did not use it and it seemed a bit pointless placed where it was. One complaint about the room was not enough places to store things. The food in the restaurant was excellent, except on Christmas Eve when we paid a lot of money (£140 per person) for a very poor meal. Other diners that we spoke to agreed. But that was a one off! We ate there 2 other times and were very happy, but the wine choices were poor and expensive.

Foi uma experiência incrível!! O lugar é muito aconchegante, limpos, decoração maravilhosa, e localizado em lugar perfeito, do lado do centro. O atendimento é surreal do início ao fim! Os funcionários são mega educados! Café da manhã e jantar maravilhosos! Tudo muito gostoso! Vale cada minuto! Todo mundo deveria viver essa experiência! As duas piscinas são muito limpas e gostosas! Prezado Bruno, Lamentamos o fato do Sr. ter efetuado uma avaliação sem ao menos ter feito o check-in em nosso hotel. Foi constatado pela nossa recepção que sua reserva foi feita para 2 adultos, mas ao chegar na MADRUGADA do dia 04/07, vocês estavam em 3. Deixamos claro em todas as fases da reserva que os quartos comportam apenas 2 hóspedes, logo, ao constatar que havia uma pessoa a mais, oferecemos a opção de reservar uma suíte extra, o que foi negado por vocês. Entendemos sua frustração, mas concluímos que não podemos ser responsabilizados por conta de um erro que não partiu da nossa equipe. Sua nota 02 é injusta e acaba prejudicando nossa boa reputação.

Simplesmente fantástico.
A estadia foi muito agradável. Desde o check in até o check out fomos muito bem tratados e cuidados pelo funcionário Bastos. Todos os funcionários nos atenderam com simpatia, educação e sorriso no rosto. Foram cordiais nos cafés da manhã (que foram maravilhosos), no jantar e em todos os momentos. Nos fizeram nos sentir em casa. Reservei um dos quartos com banheira de imersão e gostei muito do espaço, da limpeza e da privacidade. As piscinas são ótimas, a aquecida tem um visual incomparável e a sauna é uma delícia. Minha esposa e eu sempre nos hospedamos em Búzios e desejávamos curtir um tempo no Vila d'este há alguns anos, mas nunca podíamos. Uma pena terem trocado os amenities, que eram da L'Occitane por outros da marca Áttica poucos dias antes de nos hospedarmos, pois no site do hotel, quando fizemos a reserva, ainda constava a informação de que os produtos eram da L'Occitane, marca predileta da minha esposa. Mas isso não prejudicou em nada nossa estadia. Ao contrário disso, fomos mimados com um presente de aniversário de casamento pelo Bastos com uma sessão de massagem no spa do hotel. A massagista que nos atendeu, Agoura, se eu não me engano, foi fantástica. Foi a melhor massagem que recebemos em Búzios. Além de tudo nos ajudaram e carregaram nossas malas na chegada e na saída. Voltaremos com certeza.

Péssimo para o que custa! Nunca mais!!! Quarto mais caro fica embaixo do restaurante, a partir de 7h da manhã arrastam móveis e vc não dorme mais. Empregados nada gentis, nem se oferecem pra ajudar a levar as malas , ficam olhando. Surreal! O café acaba 11h, pedimos mais um ovo exatamente 11h e se negaram a fazer. Era cliente da pousada vizinha e já voltei a ser. Nunca mais caio nesta furada! Extremamente decepcionada

Acreditávamos estar realizando um bom serviço, até porque foi solicitado um late check out, e nós chegamos a conceder de forma gratuita. Pedimos desculpas quanto ao reclamo dos ruídos, levaremos seu feedback para nossa equipe e evitaremos este tipo de situação. Conforme informado nos comunicados de "boas vindas", nosso café da manhã é servido das 8h às 10h, após esse horário, nossa cozinha encerra as atividades de café para dedicar-se as demais refeições do Altto Ristorante. Costumamos ser reconhecidos pelo nosso excelente atendimento, nossa equipe costuma oferecer ajuda para carregar malas e pertences dos hóspedes. The hotel is amazing, the images don’t do it justice. The staff really do give 5* service. From the second you walk into the hotel it’s like a little sanctuary, and when you see the views just wow. The breakfast was excellent, the cocktails at the bar were fab, and we ate in the restaurant one night which was also excellent. The room was much bigger than expected and nice to have a private courtyard. My only two suggestions would be in the bedrooms - to provide bottled water daily, and to provide a wastebasket in the room. This hotel really is a gem, it’s beautiful and we really couldn’t fault it. Also in a great location and the steps take you straight to the Bardot walk (and statue outside).

Já conhecia o hotel e, quatro anos depois da primeira estadia, constatei que a qualidade foi mantida, no geral. Houve problema no check-in, pois não havia quarto disponível às 15 horas, horário definido pelo próprio hotel como de entrada dos hóspedes. Perguntei ao chefe da recepção qual seria a previsão de horário para entrarmos no quarto e ele se esquivou, sem querer se comprometer. Sugeriu nos compensar com late check-out de + 1 h. Decidimos almoçar fora do hotel e retornamos 1:30 h depois, quando finalmente o quarto estava disponível. Muito desagradável isso em plena baixa temporada, com o hotel apenas parcialmente ocupado. Café da manhã maravilhoso com itens de patisserie, canapés, tapas e sanduiches deliciosos, fugindo do padrão. O cardápio do restaurante para almoço e jantar tem preços muito altos, considerando que os pratos são bastante comuns. A carta de vinhos, em média, tem rótulos com preços 2,5 vezes superiores aos valores cobrados por distribuidores e lojas de vinhos, o que não considero razoável, mesmo para um hotel.

Beautiful property with an incredible breakfast and view over the water. Dinner at the restaurant and mistico next door were phenomenal. My only complaint is I wish they had a bigger pool or a jacuzzi instead of the sauna. There’s a small dipping pool and then the small infinity pool. The room was small but comfortable.

This is a great spot to stay in Buzios. Beautiful property, excellent location, great amenities and really really thoughtful staff. Some highlights- the heated pool at sunset, the great breakfast, and the ease of stepping out the quiet oasis of a property onto the Main Street into town, just minutes away. And the staff are great! Offering ideas and really attentive. You’ll love it.

Todos os itens servidos no café são preparados pela nossa cozinha de forma artesanal.
