    in Marina di Butera, just 10 minutes from LICATA and 10 minutes from GELA, 200 meters from the beach (a 5-minute walk from the beach) 2 km from FALCONARA CASTLE
    and 2 km from LIDO PANAMA BEACH
    The property consists of TWO independent, recently renovated apartments that offer bright spaces and all the necessary comforts. You can enjoy a large private garden featuring a shower, a barbecue, and a kitchenette with a table. The property’s strategic location allows you to enjoy a wonderful view and gives you the opportunity to reach not only the beautiful beach but also the enchanting places our province has to offer in just a few minutes.
