The Space:
Blending contemporary comfort with a calm coastal aesthetic, this thoughtfully designed home offers a refined retreat for slowing down, reconnecting, and embracing the rhythm of coastal living. The open-plan living area forms the heart of the home, where comfortable seating invites you to unwind beside the wood-burning fireplace after a day at the beach. A second lounge provides a separate retreat for movie nights, quiet reading, or giving families and groups extra space to spread out.
The chef's kitchen is thoughtfully designed with a generous stone island, breakfast seating, modern appliances, and a butler's pantry, making entertaining a pleasure. Flowing seamlessly from the dining area, the expansive covered alfresco offers multiple spaces to gather, whether you're enjoying a BBQ feast, sharing drinks in the outdoor lounge, or lingering over dinner surrounded by the landscaped garden. Beyond, the fully fenced backyard offers a fire pit, open lawn for children or approved pets to enjoy, and peaceful garden surrounds that invite slow mornings and evenings beneath the trees.
The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite, TV, walk-in robe, ceiling fan, and direct outdoor access. Three additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed and built-in robe, providing comfortable accommodation for family and friends. The main bathroom includes both a freestanding bath and a separate shower, while the ensuite also features a deep soaking bath for moments of relaxation.
Split-system air conditioning and heating in every bedroom, the living areas, and the kitchen ensure year-round comfort, while a full laundry and double garage add everyday convenience. The turquoise waters of Geographe Bay are just a short stroll away. Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval. Please advise us at the time of booking, as an additional pet fee applies.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
The Neighborhood:
Quindalup is a peaceful coastal enclave along the sheltered shores of Geographe Bay, with the beach just a short stroll from your stay. The calm, crystal-clear waters are ideal for swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, snorkelling, crabbing, and beach fishing. From late August to November, nearby whale watching tours depart from Quindalup, offering the chance to spot humpback, southern right, and even the occasional blue whale. Just five minutes away, Dunsborough offers boutique shopping, cafés, restaurants, and wine bars. Enjoy a long lunch at Wise Winery overlooking Eagle Bay, or sample more than 40 wines at the relaxed, self-guided cellar door at Happs Wines on Commonage Road.
Getting Around:
While Quindalup offers easy access to the beach on foot, a car is recommended for exploring nearby towns, wineries, and coastal attractions. The property provides secure parking in the double garage for added convenience.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm in line with local regulations.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and the surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers' bookings at any time of the year.
Firewood:
A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.
Pet Policy:
This property is pet-friendly. A $95 pet fee applies per pet, per stay, with a maximum of two pets permitted. All pets must be approved before arrival. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms and must not be left unattended at any time. Guests must ensure pets are supervised throughout their stay, and noise restrictions still apply. All pet waste must be cleaned up, and any excess mess, waste, or animal hair left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Rental Agreement:
As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
