Perched on the hill with breathtaking views, Lakeview Retreat is a luxurious escape just five minutes from town. This beautifully designed home offers spacious open-plan living with a cosy fireplace, ducted air conditioning, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow to a vast timber deck with alfresco dining and a built-in BBQ. Each stylish bedroom opens onto the deck, offering serene morning views. Relax in nature while staying close to world-class wineries, pristine beaches, and charming local cafés.



The Space:

Set in a serene bushland setting, this modern retreat is designed for comfort, style, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. The open-plan living area is the heart of the home, featuring a cosy lounge with a feature stone fireplace, a plush sectional sofa, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that frame lush views. The adjoining dining area boasts a large handcrafted wooden table, perfect for shared meals, while the fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances, a spacious island bench, and a walk-in pantry. Ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning ensures year-round comfort.



Step outside onto the expansive timber deck, which runs the length of the home, offering a stunning alfresco space with an in-built BBQ and range hood. The large grassy lawn provides ample space for kids to play while you take in the peaceful surroundings.



The home is designed with two separate sleeping wings including one king bedroom and three queen rooms all boasting their own ensuite, air conditioning, and sliding doors leading out to the deck. The fifth bedroom offers a bunk bed along with a single bed and is serviced by the main bathroom with a deep bath, walk-in shower and a separate toilet.



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped laundry with a washer, and ample onsite parking.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Lakeview Retreat is perfectly positioned for exploring Dunsborough and the stunning South West. A short five-minute drive takes you to the town centre, where you’ll find boutique shops, gourmet cafés, and local markets. The region’s renowned wineries, including Clairault Streicker and Vasse Felix, are within easy reach for an unforgettable wine-tasting experience.



Spend your days discovering the pristine beaches of Meelup, Eagle Bay, and Bunker Bay, all just a short drive away. Take a scenic bushwalk through Meelup Regional Park, spot whales along the Cape Naturaliste trails, or enjoy a leisurely lunch at a beachfront café.



Getting Around:

Parking: Undercover parking is available for two cars in the carport.



Airport: 35 minutes by car.
