«This is definitely the place to stay. The host is attentive and the house is fully stocked with everything you could need. The fishing was so much fun. The neighbors are so friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. Great VRBO rental 10/10»

«This is a quaint cottage which means it is small. However for two people more than adequate for our weeklong stay. Check out the historical aspects of Brooksville. Very convenient to everything. The only problem was the double bed. Too small for two people. Watch the step going into the sleeping/bath area. The extra sunporch allowed us to spread our belongings. could use some cute curtains at windows. Perfect for single professional looking for privacy.»

«Highly recommended. Host has done a great job of remodeling and updating. Very well stocked and equipped. Spacious, as well. Some units are near local traffic - no problem unless you're a light sleeper - but there was a bedside sleep sound machine, if you need it.»

«We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary. It was a perfect place to stay for our needs. It was clean and well stocked. We had 2 dogs and the big back yard was great for them to run around. We stayed in the area to ride our bikes on the Withlacoochee state trail and this place is about an 11 min ride to the trailhead. It was very easy to find and the check in process was smooth. We would definitely stay there again!»
