Villa Morici is the perfect base for exploring the charms of the province of Trapani: from the beautiful beaches of Cornino, Makari and San Vito Lo Capo to the Zingaro nature reserve; from the medieval village of Erice to the temples of Segesta and Selinunte and from the lively historic centres of Trapani and Marsala to the ancient salt pans with their windmills and the Egadi islands.

The villa develops over two floors.

On the ground floor we find, via French doors, the large living area with sofas, fireplace and dining area with table and chairs; large separate kitchen with lots of space for cooking; laundry area; one double/twin bedroom with small terrace, a separate bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one triple bedroom with one double and one single bed with en-suite bathroom with shower.

On the first floor we find one double/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower.

The outside area is perfect for al fresco dinning with a covered terrace with table and chairs that offers views over the countryside. There is a beautiful garden and a private swimming pool (10x4.5m; 1.2 – 2.2m deep; open all year round; water purification: salt).
