    Perfekt for en romantisk og rolig ferie eller bryllupsreise. Denne ett soverom / 2 bad koselig hytte er gjemt bort i et skogkledd område med vakker utsikt over Texas Hill Country. The Shadyside hytte er innredet med en king size-seng, full sovesofa, Keurig kaffetrakter, mikrobølgeovn, mini kjøleskap, 2 flatskjerm-TVer (en i stue og den andre i soverommet). Hjemmet har DirectTv og trådløst internett. Lake LBJ og Sarayu tursti er bare gangavstand unna. Shadyside ligger rett over gaten fra Cedar Skies.

Beautiful colors in the wild flowers, prickly pears and the pair of cardinals that seemed to follow us. Very relaxing.

Loved hiking around the property and spending time at the lake. My only notes would be that the hiking trail to be better marked because we got lost a few times and that the mini golf isn’t true mini gold but putting green holes.

Our granddaughter was married and the venue was directly across the street from the cabin.Housekeeping had a minor problem as there were dead bugs in the bathtub but I figure it was cleaned after the previous renters and no one checked the tub before we were there due to the time that could have been between the rentals.It was great to have two bathrooms so the trip to the upstairs was not as frequent as it could have been for anyone spending time downstairs.

Reviewer Comments: We along with several family members booked cabins to stay in for my daughters wedding. Almost all of us had issues and had to have maintenance come out. It was disappointing that the air filters were filthy, bath tubs didn’t drain, etc. It wasn’t worth the amount of money we all paid.

Relaxing Rainy Getaway

Reviewer Comments: A large family reunion brought us to LCC where we rented a much larger home for family gathering time, so we only used Shadyside for 2 nights of sleep and coffee in the morning.The cabin was darling. The bed was very comfortable, good a/c, great lighting, comfortable carpeting in the bedroom, huge bathtub and very clean. I was frustrated to find the downstairs bathroom light did not work and there was no one to call to fix it. Initially, I could not find any kitchen items to make coffee, etc, until I read 5 min of reviews where I learned they were in a cabinet under the stairs, not intuitive at all, very annoying. It would have been helpful to have a little sign indicating where to find the 2 coffee cups. Also the Keurig is an old model that probably needs descaled or replaced as the coffee takes a very long time to brew and then the coffee maker makes hissing sounds every minute or so If you leave it on.The weather was terrible so we had to drink our coffee inside and the dining room chairs are not comfortable, nor is the couch. The outside had lots of great seating which I am sure would have been very comfortable if the weather was better.I would love to return to LCC sometime, it appears to be an incredible way to enjoy the outdoors. The Shadyside cabin is more than adequate for a comfortable place to sleep and shower, and enjoy the outdoors but if the weather keeps you inside, this cute little cabin is perfectly adequate to sit and read a book, play cards with your family, and enjoy the incredible views from anywhere in the cabin.I would just suggest the property management double check their lightbulbs and make sure all the lightbulbs work before a guest checks in, replace the coffee maker, and generate a little tag showing where to find the coffee cups, etc. other than those little inconveniences, thanks for a great stay!

It was fun to see if my husband and I could kayak together,,Well we need some work. But it was fun and we enjoyed trying it out.The lady that checked us was bubbly and very helpful with our check-in and helping me with the kayak check out.

The cabin was clean and the loft was was very spacious, with an oversized tub/shower...so relaxing after a day on the lake. Although there is no stove, the keurig, fridge and microwave were all we needed for a nice breakfast. The waterfront grounds are shady and welcoming, with many amenities like mini golf, volleyball, swings (including a great rope swing into the lake for the kids); as well as rental boats and boards.

It is very cute and relaxing. The tub upstairs is huge. The king size bed is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Log Country Cove is in a good location to be able to explore Kingsland, Marble Falls, Burnet, Llano, and even Fredericksburg. They have cabins from the little one bed that we stayed in all the way up to 7 bedrooms.I would surely recommend this business to anyone who wants to get away and relax for a bit!!

Only negative was the crowding on the river which was swarming with wake tow and pontoon boats.
