We asked for a lower floor room and they didn’t change the room even though we told them we had a lot of things. The room had lots of ants in the bathroom and by the tv. The elevator wasn’t working since Friday. We asked for help and no one helped. No staff asked how the stay was when we checked out. Definitely never staying there and not recommending this hotel

The room was great, but lacked curtains to block light. My room faces a FedEx facility with large, bright exterior lighting. Lacking curtains meant high light levels throughout the night. I've never seen a hotel that lacked usable curtains. Very frustrating!

The room size was great! The bed was comfortable, it was very quiet. Honestly the only reason it didn't have a full five stars is that the pool was down the day that I got there, and that was the reason I booked this place was so I could hang out in the pool for a couple days. I did get to go in in the second day so that was great! Everything was very clean, great water pressure.

Room size is good with families and nice to see bathroom with 2 sinks. Mostly was quiet except you do hear the trains coming at all hours of the day and night. Breakfast was good. The pool was small nice for young kids. No hot tube A little disappointed. overall nice location

The staff member who checked me in was polite and friendly. Refreshing after a long drive. Nice touch with heated fireplace in lobby (rainy out). The rain style shower head was nice and comfy room. Really cool they have a lift chair for the pool. A very well done ADA property. The breakfast has a lot of options for dietary needs. Will stay again. Thanks!

I love this hotel because is Super quiet, exceptional cleanliness, very friendly staff. Something happened at breakfast close to finishing time. What didn't I like? some rude customers, who give bad stars for their impatient A customer complained because there were no sausages and yogurt. someone from the staff kindly He explained that they were short staffed. He responded rudely to the person serving, it only took her approximately 7 minutes to refill the sausages. Those of us who travel a lot know that all the hotels close to the end of breakfast no longer refill, only the main course. Thank you for your attention and kindness. Keep in that way

Only a quick drive to La Conner and the Tulip farms. Good restaurants nearby. Very easy to locate. Staff was nice and had everything we needed. Pool area worked well for the teens and we used the gym. Equipment was clean. There’s only two machines though. They had cookies for us at check in and everything was seamless.

Great location & pet friendly. We had requested a ground floor room but we on the 3rd floor in a connecting room next to the housekeeping room. It was very noisy. I would not stay in a connecting room again.

Had a great stay here! At first we got a room which was clean; however, we discovered red spots that looked like blood in one of the walls. We went to the front desk and reported it and they switched us to another room immediately. When we checked out the next morning they kept us informed and let us know that what was in the room was actually nail polish from the previous person that stayed there. Customer service was great and they made sure everything got taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for 5 nights at this property. It was loud because some oil refinery workers were staying at property and were being very loud and obnoxious!! Worst of all my moon was only cleaned once! There was garbage on the halls by the room doors that were there for a couple of days!! Honestly if i would have been with my family i would have stayed somewhere else!! I dont think i will stay there again!! They were under staffed also!!

Quiet and the perfect distance from busy traffic. Friendly staff. Pool is small, musty and no hot tub. However it has a nice breakfast and I would definitely return.

Room A/C produced sweat socks smell. Microwave and fridge not working. Front desk person said the fridge was cool but just needed to have stuff put in it then it would work. Didn’t have an answer for the A/C smell. Called her later said fridge still not cold. She said she would check something. Flipped a circuit breaker then fridge came on. Had to ask twice for this solution and tolerated the sweat socks because I had no other option. Never staying there again.
