Great Condo Unit
Nice comfortable condo unit. Everything would have been 5 star. After cleaning the balcony we were able to enjoy the view. No hot water for the jetted bathtub. But will still return. Great host

Great space, great views!
Our family (my husband, and I, two adults sons and daughter-in-law) spent several days at Laura's condo on the beautiful Colorado River. We loved the terrace, comfy furniture, terrific location, super quiet, watching the boats go by, and all the casino fun in Laughlin, and the amazing drives through Grapevine Canyon. We really enjoyed our time, thank you for sharing this great home with us!

Relaxing stay
We had a great time at Laura's condo. Very spacious place. The complex is nice--busy but quiet! I think the view is great! Patio area is probably tougher to keep clean then the rest of the place but it could use a bit of attention (cushions, railings, door tracks, etc.) Kitchen was great, well equipped, and everything else was just as described. Would stay again. Thank you!

Great stay, beautiful home, wonderful location!
We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was clean, spacious, well decorated, comfortable, conveniently located to restaurants, shops, casinos, and provided a very relaxing environment. We enjoyed the soothing view and sounds of the Colorado river, the warm sun, watching the birds, watercraft, and being so close to the casino's across the river.

Winter break
We did a brief trip over winter break to explore Southern Nevada, including the proposed Avi Kwa Ame national monument. Laura has a very nice place, and we would definitely stay there if we make it back again. Nicely furnished, nice outside space and view of Colorado River, spacious inside, great kitchen.

Condo Review
This was our second visit to the property. I noticed that there were more towels and soap which was appreciated. The only thing when we first arrived there were cleaning supplies left in the main bedroom and leftover balloons from maybe a party, with unused water bottles. No biggie! We love the space and location!

Nice place, we’ve stayed in the building plenty of times and always enjoy the neighborhood. Plenty of parking snd each access to the water. Beware this place houses animals, and that was evident when we checked in. It was clean but the dog hair bothered my husbands allergies, Mabye a more thorough cleaning before guests check in would be helpful. Other than that we loved our stay and appreciate the owner letting us check in early Thank you!

Great trip
Everything was clean, Ms. Laura is a great host. Will love to rent again. *minor issue with refrigerator, didn’t seem to be fully working. I think Ms. Laura just hadn’t been informed of it.

River condo
It is a beautiful unit. It has all the things you need. Basically home away from home. It had a beautiful view of the river from patio. There was access to an island on the river, which is nice to sit and relax by the water.

Great if you don't need the second bedroom
Great view, great location, and great decor. Unfortunately, I had Issues with the guest bedroom. The bed was too firm and made loud creaking noises with the slightest movement. I was unable to sleep through the night. Also there was a safety issue. Smoke detectors weren't properly maintained and lacking batteries. When brought to the owners attention I was asked to change it myself with an expired (2015) battery located in the freezer.

good location, nice view of river, comfortable beds.
I would stay again. The only thing I would suggest is cleaning patio, it was very dusty and spider webs. The inside of condo was clean which is the most important part. Also, Laura responded very quickly with our questions.

Great spot in Bullhead
Went for a long weekend with friends to explore the area--Laughlin, Oatman, Lake Mojave. The condo complex was extremely clean, well-lit and well-managed. Laura's condo was clean, comfortable and quiet--had a great time! Only suggestion is bug spray if you're by the pool or hang out on the "island" this time of year (late Oct).

Great Stay at a Amazing Condo
My friends and I have been coming to Laughlin for years and this time I wanted to switch it up and stay at a property on the river in Bullhead instead of a normal hotel. Laura’s condo did not disappoint! The condo it’s self is very spacious and amazing. It was very clean and had everything you would ever need to cook food, a computer work station if you needed to log into work, lots of other misc items (towels, linen, extra ice, etc) and probably more things we missed. We spent most of our time on the very large balcony over looking the river and enjoying the scenery. The condo property has its own water taxi pick up which was great! It also had private islands and a pool right on the river that we sadly didn’t have time to spend time at. Laura was very quick to answer any questions we had and was very flexible with check in/check out. Thank you Laura, we look forward to coming back!

Awesome Place
We were thrilled when we walked in and looked out the patio window. The view was amazing. The inside looked just as pictured. The host provided a helpful welcome document that we referenced multiple times. We are already planning another trip and hope to stay at Laura’s place again.

This was a great location. Proximity to the strip in Laughlin is great with the water taxi. But really we spent most of our time on the island with our dogs.

Great Stay!
This vacation rental was everything I expected and more. It was airconditioned, clean, and had everything We'd expect such as pots/pans, hand soap, dish soap, blow-up bed, wagon, etc. Literally, everything was provided, which made our stay even more enjoyable. You can even use the water taxi!

August SoCal Jet boat trip
Had a great time at the property. Great location to get to the event. Close to grocery stores and the boat launch is right on the property. Laura’s place is clean and every thing you could possibly ask for. Very quiet and slept great.

Great location and security
This condo complex is awesome. Over the last decade we have stayed at the complex. This was our first time at this unit. Loved the third floor and end unit privacy. Great patio space. I would recommend hand pump soap for all bathrooms and the kitchen. Also upgrade of the bath towels. Some of the kitchens items were not clean like the dishes and utensils items. I also could not find counter spray to clean up the counters with. I would have brought these items if I knew before hand. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here!

Family Fun
This unit in a large condo complex is in a great location and the view is amazing. With the Laughlin casinos across the river and the water taxi running it was great fun for all. We really enjoyed the island on the river, be sure to bring water shoes it's rocky but great fun. Our host Laura was a joy to work with and we would highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Just a quick walk down to the river
This condo was awesome! The decor is nice. The balcony looks out to the pool and the River Which is such a beautiful sight. My family am I had an amazing time on one of the little Islands at the rear of the condo. The grounds are clean. I saw maintenance out everyday to clean around the area. We will definitely be coming back again. They have Netflix, Roku, Disney plus and much more. The A/C was nice and cool.

The viewss... amazing
Such a wonderful place! Laura' We had a great time at Laura's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. it was clean, tidy, and welcoming. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are amazing. I am 6'3 and this is the first time where the shower head is higher than me (major plus). The location was perfect and it had an amazing view of the Colorado River. Laura is a gracious and thoughtful host. We had a great stay and we will be back!
