Victoria, the only complaint we received from you while you were with us was the drain plug. If you walked in and your room and it was truly left in disarray I feel you should have given us the chance to move you in a room up to our standards. This would also help us pin point what housekeeper was assigned to your room which would lead to corrective action to prevent a repeat issue. I am so very sorry for the laundry machines. I have been advised that new machines have been ordered we just have not received them yet. To end on a positive note, I am very pleased to hear my staff provided customer service up to our standards here at the Days Inn Bullhead City! We hope to serve you better next time around.
