Hoteller i Bukit Fraser – OYO Rooms i Bukit Fraser, Raub

"This hotel is listed as five star. To be honest it should be removed from Hotels.com. It is a one star at best. Worn down. Had to search for the reception. The room had an intens smell of industrial cleaning chemicals. Probably to hide the smell of mould. Absolutely nauseous smell. It was not clean and it was run down. View was straight into a concrete wall, and this was supposed to be a suite. The shower did not have warm water. For several hours there was drilling noise in the room to be heard so loudly I could barely hold a conversation. The smoke detector was covered in a cling film. Talk about safety issues. A complete disaster of a hotel. I suspect they do not maintain anything here. Not anything like the description in Hotels.com. Read the other reviews too, and please book something else. I decided to leave and go back to KL city. "
