The shower had mold and strong septic smell from the drains. The bed linens where stained and the staff did not seem interested and even ignored people when they mentioned that all the juices where empty at breakfast.

Smells like stale smoke. Floor is sticky. Sheets are stained. Lots of trash and debris in area around hotel. Pool is dirty and not well maintained.

Front desk, very slow. He didn't pick up on our disclosure that we had a dog. (My husband told him) Then he held us up further to redo charges and room assigned. Then he gave us incomplete WiFi sign in information. He acted exasperated at us for his lack of focus. Property was adequate. Service was less so.

“Out of order” is the theme, from the tv not working, ice machine, elevator… and a very unfriendly welcome….. I even asked for some milk and said go across the street….

There ejaculation stains on all bed we had about 5 rooms. Room service did not clean. The pool was dirty with fungus around the edges. The breakfast gave everyone diarrhea and abdominal pain. Horrible experience

I chose this property for a basketball tournament for my son because it listed laundry, but the washer looked horrible and the dryer was broken. Sadly I had to use the sink and dry on the heater. Also we only had 1 facetowel, front desk was out as well. Was offered another dry towel nut declined. I would stay agaon.

Our room was pretty clean and staff members were friendly. Thankfully my wife brought shampoo as the only amenity in the bathroom was a bar of soap (no kleenex, even). The towels were thin and scratchy. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. I expect this kind of bare bones experience if I am at Red Roof Inn or Motel 6 but would not have to pay over $100/night for it.

The women who work and clean the property were all amazing and helpful. The gentleman at the front desk was professional. However, this hotel does not have clean towels ready and available for you to use. Each time I was told that they were being washed and I could not change out my towels. Then when I went to the manager/front desk person, he got a bag of new towels and gave me 2 then told me that the towels were in back order. The breakfast selection is very limited and every morning there was construction workers in the lobby eating. I am unsure if they stayed at the property but there was at least 3/4 work trucks parked in the lot daily leaving very little room for the guest. The gym area did not have towels or wipes for you to clean the machine when your done. It does not seem to be any security at the front area which is a concern since the front desk people were either on the phone or in the back office area. For the to by a Wyndam Hotel I was not impressed. However for the price and the clean and comfortable bed I would stay here again if the other hotel I usually stay at is unavailable.

Le personnel n’est pas très accueillant. La piscine était fermée. Il y a manqué d’œufs pour le déjeuner. Très déçu !!! C’était la première et dernière fois à cet hôtel.

They gave us a room that someone was currently occupying. when we went to check out and asked for a receipt it wasn’t my card but name was on it. No vending machines and their vending was empty.

The room wasn’t clean when we first got there to check in the lady was weird saying all kind of crap to us the place is not the same. We used to go there back in the days all the time. when we go out there if you’re staying there and with kids you better off somewhere else

The worse experience that I ever had in a hotel. I walked in a room, to see left over garbage in the draws and the room was extremely dusty. The lady at the front desk was accommodating and gave me a key to another room. I go in that room and it was leftover dirry sheets in the closet and twice as dusty as the first room. The third room was much cleaner but had stains on the sheets. I had a long day and I'm not familiar with the area, so I was not up to looking for another place to stay. So, the fourth room was better then the previous three. They didn't have a housekeeper nor maintenance man available to take care of anything. I was asked if i want new sheets on the bed, they could provide that but I would have to remove and make the bed up myself. REALLY Just Terrible

Nicer updated rooms, breakfast was alright, shower floor was a little gross looking but clean, bathroom fan was loud but worked well, didn’t like having to pay full price for a room on an almost empty hotel where the ice machine on our floor was out of order as well as the pool,that’s only complaint

We have stay in La Quinta Wyndham Hotels before and always had a good stay… No fancy luxury but really good overall for one night … THIS TIME in this specific location poor customer service and poor facilities hygiene is my top concern. Dirty floors, Dusty, NO towels at Al and when asked for them… I was asked to go back downstairs to get them myself. Not recommended!!!

First room was not clean. Crumbs on carpet, someone's dirty sock was left in the bathroom, bed sheets had stains. Changed rooms, and 2nd had 0 towels or face cloths. When we asked for towels at front desk we were told we had to wait until the morning so we were not able to face our faces or bathe for the night.

The staff is unrespectful, the air conditioning did not work so I had to call for a room change which was denied even the service man did not tell us to leave the hotel, he yelled at us and was disrespectful, I had to call the police and now I have to wait to see if they will refund my money

We drove all the way from Ontario to swim at La Quinta. We brought water wings, noodles, goggles, etc. and yet we were unable to be buoyant. Next time it would be nice to see compensation when the facilities are limited.

Strange area, non responsive hotel staff (called 7 times with no response to request late checkout, they only called back when it was time to check out and only extended this by 30 minutes), went downstairs and staff was all chatting in lobby. Not sure what the urgency was to kick us out. Hotel elevator button for 2nd floor was broken. Snack area in lobby was barely stocked. Found someone's fake nail in the hotel room. Barely any towels in the room. Overall, to say this place was mediocre would be giving it too much credit. Never again.

I don’t normally leave poor reviews, but this place was too bad not to. Checking in I was handed a room key that looked to be used, it had grease stains on it and the key card holder had white out over the room number. One of the elevator buttons barely worked so you had to push it a special way to get the button to light up. I get to my room and there is not a single towel in the room and all of the lights are unplugged. I try to call the front desk for towels and the phone did not work. I went down to the front desk and let them know there were zero towels in the room and they give me 1 singular full size towel that had stains all over it. I left the sign on the door asking for room service the following day and when I returned that night no one had cleaned the room so I was still without new towels. I could go on and on about how poorly everything seemed to be ran and nothing seemed clean. I would avoid this location if possible.
