Easy stay.. enjoyable trip to Buffalo with my family. Parking was $25 self park across street. Valet $29. Staff very friendly and gave some good recommendations

Personal parking was right across an unbusy street and didn't need to pay for it through the hotel. The lobby was beautiful, rooms were simple and well appointed. A vent in the bathroom would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. Overall, a very nice stay.

The hotel is in a good spot, but the noise outside with yelling and screaming and it was unsafe for my family to walk outside. We went to bar and got a Manhattan and it cost $20.00 for 1 drink. Way too much

Clean and comfortable. We can in for a concert at Electric City and was a really easy walk there and to theater district. valet service was nice. Had to request a microwave which was odd but was in the room at check in. We arrived a bit early but room was ready so they let us check in. Hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. Just plan to eat elsewhere for dinner. We went down for dinner around 430 and there was not one worker in the restaurant. Two customers at the bar said they went to pick up food from kitchen and we waited for a good 10-15 min and still saw no one. We went to the gin pub across the street and were very pleased. Many places within a short walk to eat. We’d stay again but we’ll plan on eating elsewhere.

Property website said there was on site dining. The bar was supposed to be open but it was not. Not many restaurants in the immediate area. I went to a concert and was looking for anything to eat in the area. Nothing was open at 10pm on a Thursday night. Also, not a lot of soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear everything going on in the hallway and from the rooms around mine.

A reasonable hotel in downtown Buffalo, a city that has seen better days. The room was clean and the service excellent. The buffet breakfast was poor and expensive. The restaurant was OK but had a limited menu. Even the ajoining Starbucks was average. Could do better in the food department.

Nice Entry, place to sit. Bar area is welcoming. Lamp on side table closest to the windows, switch was broken and the lamp didn't work. Couldn't charge my phone from there. There was another plug obviously in the room I could use.

We were a little disappointed regarding the cleanliness of the room and we had no hot water in our room(were told to have the water run 25-30 minutes to warm it up! That being said we did get some money back when we complained. Also was disappointed that the walkway from the hotel to the conference center was closed & we specifically picked that hotel for that convenience since we had an event at the conference center. Also, the elevators were not quick or reliable. The lobby was nice and the food at the restaurant was good. Also- added bonus- Starbucks in lobby. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again in the future if we ever return to Buffalo.

The room on 12th floor was the hottest room I have ever stayed in. Turned off heat, there was zero AC and still the room never went below 70 for my entire stay. Got maybe 2 hours sleep had to use cold water on cloths to cool off. My rooms was almost across from the ice/vending area on 12ft floor - extremely noisy. 3 elevators, one out of service and they had digital elevator buttons and we got stuck in one where the digital buttons didn't work and we couldn't open doors or contact anyone. Thank god someone pressed a button on a different floor elsewise we would still be in that elevator. Told someone at front desk and they didn't seem to care at all. Staff at the valet parking were excellent!

Location is good. Can't believe that the bar/restaurant facility was closed early in the evening. For the amount of people staying in the hotel for the hockey game. Had to leave hotel to get food and drink. A lot of lost revenue, as everyone I ran into said the same thing

When I walked into the room, there was a used shaver on the carpet, so I knew right away they had not vacuumed the place. I complained, and they vacuumed I think, and at the same time stole my brush for some reason. My room was very cold apparently because it was an old building, and it faced the wind side of the building. I requested an extra blanket but that never happened. I couldn’t change rooms because I need an accessible bathroom and that was the only room available. I went there because the building is attached to the convention centre where I was attending a recruitment fair. I have limited mobility , and there was nothing that could help me get from the hotel down long corridor and down along hallway to the exhibit hall The door between the two buildings was not wheelchair accessible so even with all of the stuff I was lugging, and my disability, there was no automatic door so either I had to ask for help or struggle to open the door myself. I mentioned this to the staff at the hotel, and they were very dismissive. If you are scent sensitive, you’re going to have a very tough time in the lobby. There is an overwhelming smell of deodorizer/perfume. The fair I was working at ended at 8 PM and the restaurant in the hotel closed soon after that so I had to order delivery. No option for room service. They have a small store where you can buy snacks if you’re willing to pay four dollars for a small bag of chips.

I loved how close this was to the Key Bank Center. I was able to take the train which was safe, convenient, and free. Hotel had a lot to offer and was clean

There are NO OUTLETS in the room. None next to the bed, walked around the room and only found one very inconvenient location. In this age, every hotel room I have ever stayed in for the last 10 years, always has outlets readily available next to the beds.
