Water damage on the ceiling . bathtub paint coming off. Carper soo dirty door hinges from a room coming off we did tell charls that was in the front desk they never did anything . I did stay there because it has good reviews, but I think they’re paying people to put those reviews there because their place is terrible

Oliver, thank you for your feedback. First and foremost, we do not pay for reviews. Charles at the front desk got Jose (maintenance) helped you with the room issues, he relayed the information to management, and we offered to move you to a different room & you refused. So before accusing me of poor business tactics give an honest review. Agin my apologies for the issues you experienced, and the room was taken out of order.Safe travels!

Close to the airport but not very clean and we will not stay on that property again. They are better hotels in the surrounding area.

There was no suite touch. The amenities were basic and the bathroom door didn’t have a the hook to hang your clothes. We informed them but didn’t got addressed until the day we left. The last day of our departure there was no hot water coming from the shower, though they were charging $ 350 for a single room when we asked for a second room because it was a long weekend. Plus the front desk girl was a bit rough with my husband when he complained about the water. So disappointed and put a bitter taste in our mouth.

Great Service, Brianna at the front desk was very helpful, checked us in quickly and set up our 5am hotel shuttle to the airport. Thank you for your taking care of our stay.

Cathy, I apologize...what you were seeing is the coating coming off the tub. For the renovation the tubs were glazed to look newer. Unfortunately, cleaning chemicals & use has caused the peeling & look of being dirty. We are addressing them as I type this. Again, my apologies!

It was nice, clean and renovated. For being right across the airport you could not hear much of the planes at all! Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable. I would stay here again!

Had some time between flights, got in at midnight and slept till 3:00 am. The staff was compassionate and shuttled us back to the airport. Will definitely stay again

The hotel was wonderful, across the street from Buffalo Airport, close to amenities in the area and has a breakfast included. The only little inconvenience was the that the pool was pretty cool, so it made it difficult to go in. Other than that it was a great stay and the staff was really helpful.

Shuttle van was quick. The location is very close to the airport. My room was clean with a comfortable bed. There are some bumps and scratches around the property, but nothing unexpected. This is a very good value.

Good hotel next to airport for sleeping there prior to an early flight. Staff went above and beyond when my son left a stuff animal there and found it and held it for me upon our return.

I had to ask twice for my room to be cleaned… I stayed 6 days no clean towels in bathroom, fridge don’t work … room was cleaned when I checked in very organized smells clean

Elevators were dirty and the bathroom was small. The staff in the evening especially this one gentlemen was not very friendly. The front desk staff in the morning were very nice. Also, there was no access to Netflix etc., on the TV in the room. Basic cable and not too many stations at that. They had packaged oatmeal on the breakfast buffet but no microwave to make it. Therefore the oatmeal could not be properly cooked. Just hot water where the coffee was and that's not sufficient to make instant oatmeal. Also the hot water in the bathroom and sink came out very week as compared to the cold water.

The room was clean. The common areas were not clean. One elevator didn't work. Stains on common area carpets and elevator door tracks. Very convenient near airport and quick root into Buffalo.

We were there with my family. No one couldn’t sleep the whole night, due to Air condition was making so bad noise as well as some one on the opposite side of our room were making sound in the night. I won’t choose this property again
