The Space:

Amazing 90 m2 apartment located in the exclusive Live Hotel, in the heart of Palermo Hollywood!



This large unit offers 2 bedrooms that comfortably accommodate 4 people. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds that can convert into a queen bed as well.



Additionally, we have just added comfy sofa beds in the living room, that have similar mattresses to those in the bedrooms, so you can add two guests to your travel group!



Dont worry about parking in this area, the unit offers a covered parking spot in the underground level, granting you comfortness for your trip.



Additionally, the unit has 2.5 bathrooms for added privacy.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, and the built-in laundry room is perfect for longer stays. There is also a laundromat in the building in case you need to use a dryer machine!



During the summer, guests can enjoy the complex's swimming pool, and the gym is available year-round for those who want to keep fit.



Security is a priority in the building, with a security service available 24 hours a day to guarantee the safety of guests.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



The Neighborhood:

Palermo Hollywood is a neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires, known for its vibrant nightlife, gastronomy, and design. The name "Hollywood" is due to the large number of television, radio and film production companies that are located in the area.

The neighborhood has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, many of them with entertainment-themed décor. It is ideal for walking and discovering design and fashion stores, art galleries and open-air markets where you can find local and artisan products. There are also several parks and squares nearby, such as Plaza Serrano.



Getting Around:

Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
