Hyggelig og sentralt hotell
Vi hadde en suite, og rommene var suverene! Regnskogdusj samt badekar med håndholdt dusj og nokså bra vanntrykk, noe som er viktig når man har tykt og langt hår. :) Hotellet lå sentralt plassert, og det var greit å gå til flere severdigheter. Hotellbetjeningen var svært hyggelige. Fikk hjelp da vi ønsket å bestille en sightseeingtur, men endte opp med å bestille selv da vi fikk inntrykk av at kunnskapen om muligheter som finnes, trolig ikke var helt på topp. Gode anbefalinger om restauranter i nærheten. Frokosten var okay. Det var mange brødalternativ og godt utvalg av frukt. Vi var en tur oppe på takterassen og så på treningsrommet, men benyttet ikke disse fasilitetene. God valuta for prisen. Bor der gjerne igjen. Vi hadde rom 902.

This is the best hotel! We loved the area and everything about the hotel but most of all the staff! We were treated like family, it was my first time in Buenos Aires since we left 60 years ago and everything was incredible! Thank you everyone!

Safe clean hotel in a great area to stay as a tourist . Staff were exceptional, the manager even made our daughter a colouring book to accompany a long journey. All staff spoke good English and were helpful with local area information and arranged currency exchange at good rates. The hotel was very child friendly. Nice breakfast buffet in the basement each day. We had a large suite room which was large with private balcony. Good restaurants and cafes just minutes from hotel. We used the hotels transfers and Uber while in Buenos Aires which both worked well, Uber being particularly cheap. We would absolutely stay again if visiting the city.

Nothing really stood out. I'm very surprised at the high rating it has. It was a pretty average hotel. The receptionists were helpful though. The area around is is fine. Definitely sufficient variety in dining options. Walked to a museum.

Absolutely deserving of their high rating! Location is close to lots of restaurants, ice cream shop, major attractions. The room was impressively clean. The best thing would be the service - we were given great restaurant suggestions and tips about major attractions. The staff clearly cared about doing a good job. Would stay again next time i'm in buenos aires.

Very professional and friendly staff at reception. Room was clean and air-con worked well. Bed was too firm for my liking, but this is a personal preference and others will prefer it that way. Price was fair and I would recommend it to others.

I loved my stay at Carles Hotel, Bruno’s Aires
I loved the room with beautiful views out the windows! It was so clean also. What I loved most was the amazing customer service I received. Anything I asked for they delivered. Considering the level of service, the beauty of the room, the luscious sheets, and comfy bedding the price was ridiculously low. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall good for the reasons above. We had a bad experience with laundry, it was very expensive and not done well. Two cotton shorts came back shrunk by one size and not usable. I guess they were dried at high temperature. Washed at home before and never had a problem.

Absolutely loved my stay here, friendly staff and they have everything you need. Spacious rooms, service, a small rooftop, gym and complimentary water which is very rare in south america. Delightful, close to all major tourist attractions, beautiful cobble stone streets nearby and much more. Location is more queit thn palermo and other buzzing neighbourhoods. Limited but delicious breakfast, on new years eve they even provided a champagne bottle plus provided other instructions as well on new years eve which i think is a great addition

Great hotel
This is an amazing hotel, if you visit this city, one of the best choices is to stay here. We are group of three, a couple with mom, staying at 8th floor, the suite with awesome street view. Comfortable, clean and convenient. Locations are superb, close to everywhere, including grocery, bus,subway and double deck tour bus. Hotel staffs are extremely nice and helpful, helping to tour, guide, and book city events. The hotel is safely secured by receptionist. Really feel like home, will go back definitely.

Staff are friendly and always eager to help. On the other hand, hotel needs to check the water pressure. Showers are poor in quality and need maintanance. Location of this hotel is great.
