Clean and cosy hotel with great location
Clean and cosy hotel with great location at Plaza Dorego in San Telmo. Breakfast was good! Even though breakfast is included, staff expect tip. Room was clean and comfortable, but shower difficult to use and difficult to avoid lots of water in the rest of the bathroom when taking a shower. View into a patio. Good WiFi!

⚠️ an unusual damage deposit of 60US per night which is very dumb. One night only 60$ but if you stay 10 days 600$. I was taken back by this policy as I had never encountered it ever before. The charge appeared on my credit card as a charge too. I was told it was a hold. Loby sofas terrible condition and the sound from the neighbors I could hear word for word conversations. The worst sound proofing I've ever experienced. The location is quite nice in a small square with lots of restaurants close by. Staff were not very pleasant and when I checked out they were going to do the return of my deposit later that day. I asked for it to be done right away since they charged me right away which they did really quickly. I can't imagine leaving without having this issued settled. Imagine being thousands of miles away and hearing there's a problem. I actually can't believe this is a Hilton

Poderia ser mais mas não foi.
O quarto tem um bom tamanho. É limpo e silencioso. Região muito boa. Cama e chuveiro ótimos, muito embora o box deveria ser fechado para não molhar o banheiro. Falta lugar para estender a roupa, não tem nenhum cabide. O café da manhã é que não atende o padrão do hotel. Não tem bacon ou salsichas, apenas um tipo de queijo muçarela fraco e um tipo e apresuntado sem sabor. O atendimento da recepção é muito frio e protocolar. Tem tudo para ser um ótimo hotel mas os pequenos detalhes fazem ter uma experiência mediana. Esperava mais e não pretendo retornar.

Great location!
Augustina and Camilla, were fantastic! Very helpful and professional… gave great alternative and spoke fluent English! I just wish the Hilton chain were more flexible with early check in’s for folks coming from long international flights. To not access a room until 3pm is very hard.

Wonderful place to stay.
We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were lovely and so helpful. The room was large and had everything one would want. Bed was comfortable and bed linen of excellent quality. There are many restaurants and shops close by.

Hotel is at great location of San Telmo next to Plaza Dorrego! Really bustling with fair and music and tango! Very comfortable modern hotel with wonderful and helpful staff! We had an amazing stay there:)

Whilst we enjoyed this hotel it appeared to be under construction. Door to terrace opened to iron staircase to construction zone. Amazing views from the top of the staircase. Hopefully Hilton will step up and finish construction. Room was comfortable, clean but not up to Hilton standards. Did Hilton buy this property before the end of construction. We would definitely stay here again. Staff were amazing, breakfast something for all diets, location cannot be neat. Not our first time visiting Buenos Aires, but our best hotel and location. Love the neighborhood vibe.

Excellent location in San Telmo, easy to walk to downtown area. Many restaurants and a little park-plaza right in front of the hotel where you can have a drink, eat, see tango dancers and listen to local musicians. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was very good.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great! The only suggestion would be more USB ports in the room. It was a smart room. Having the only USB Port on the television , which required the TV being on to activate the charging was annoying. We had to have the TV on all night and had to cover it with clothes in order to stay.
