The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in Palermo, the largest neighborhood in BA where you will never get bored. A young, active, and very diverse area due to its size. Within its limits are the so-called "Palermo Botanical Forests", which include large parks and green spaces with gastronomic fairs and relaxation areas. As well as a wide range of commercial options, shopping centers, and more.

There are several sub-types of Palermo, this one is located in the "Palermo Botanical" area, next to the City Botanical Garden and close to Palermo Soho, known for its trendy streets, bars, street art, artisan fairs, and squares, with events, themed places for all tastes and budgets.

Getting Around:

The apartment is close to two major avenues; Av. Libertador, and Av. Las Heras. With many options for bus lines (here called "colectivos") that connect to all parts of the city.

The nearest Metro station (Subway) to the apartment is 7 blocks away, located on Av. Santa Fe, Scalabrini Ortiz Station, Line D, Green Color..



You can find a variety of places to walk, buses to the Center, to nearby areas.

You can also move around the City with App Drivers like Uber, Cabify or Didi.

- Due to nearby construction works, you may hear very continuous noise during the day from 8am to 4pm. However, this will not prevent you from resting outside of that time and at night. Sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately, it's not in our hands.

- We have a Travel Crib service, upon request from the guest, with sheets included for an additional amount. Let us know if you need it and we will confirm availability.
