I must mention that your reservation was a room with a view of the surroundings with a French balcony, however the hotel provided you with a free upgrade to a room with a terrace with a partial view of the sea. All rooms that are defined as sea view have a sea view. Our hotel is in the very center of the city and unfortunately it is a normal circumstance that there is noise during the weekend, because there are bars close to the hotel that are open until 1 a.m. after midnight. The hotel is always ready to find a solution for guests who have problems with noise and offer to move to a room that is in a quieter part of the hotel, but unfortunately we did not receive your complaint while you were staying at the hotel. We also did not receive your complaint regarding the insecurity and feeling of fear while you were staying in our hotel. Your stay was paid with a virtual card by expedi.com and unfortunately in that situation we are unable to issue a refund.
