The house is located in a suburban area, with a view of the hills. It blends harmoniously into a complex of detached townhouses featuring traditional local exterior finishes.

Spanning two levels, it is ideal for 3 people but not suitable for children or individuals with disabilities who are not self-sufficient.
On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven and gas stove, dishes and cookware for four people, a dishwasher, and an American-style refrigerator; a living/dining room with a table, sofa, pellet stove, and satellite TV; an utility room with a washing machine, and a half-bath with a sink and toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom with a built-in closet and satellite TV; a crib for an infant can be provided upon request; a small single bedroom with a terrace and satellite TV; and a full bathroom with a sink, shower stall, toilet, and bidet.

The beaches of Sant’Anna, Porto Ainu, Riviera di Budoni, and Baia Sant’Anna/Pontittu Ruiu are about 2 km away and can be reached by car—with public parking available—on foot by walking through the village, or by taking the municipal shuttle service (with a stop 100 meters from the house) that connects the villages to all the beaches. The coastal strip is lined with pine forests and dotted with ponds, making it ideal for walks and horseback riding. The town of Tanaunella has supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, and a pharmacy. About 4 km from the residence is the town center of Budoni, which offers all essential services, including a tourist medical clinic, banks, a post office, an electric car charging station, travel agencies, and an evening promenade featuring various cultural events. A marina is located 7 km away in Ottiolu, featuring bars and disco bars for nightlife enthusiasts. About 8 km away is the medieval town of Posada, home to the Castello della Fava and the river park. Torpè is 12 km away, featuring the San Pietro archaeological site and Tepilora Park with its scenic viewpoints, lake, and trails for hiking and mountain biking.
The house’s location is perfect for exploring, via the scenic SS 125 or the four-lane expressway: to the south, the magnificent Gulf of Orosei, and to the north, the famous Costa Smeralda—not to mention a trip into the island’s interior, just under an hour’s drive away, to the fascinating and mysterious Barbagia.
