«Palmer’s Guest House was clean, cozy, and perfect for two people to stay in. The rustic interiors were lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. Kristin was very accommodating and threw in a complimentary bottle of wine and a voucher to the restaurant. We had the Sunday Brunch and it was a great meal in a beautiful restaurant. We’ll be staying here again next time we’re in San Marcos.»

«When I got to the property it was rush hour and it was off a busy street so I was unsure on how quiet it would be. But the next morning took the dogs for a walk and it’s actually a really cute and quiet neighborhood? Great for a morning walk. There’s restaurants and coffee shops all with a walk or short drive. Great location to get to all things Austin too. Nothing more than a 15 min drive. Property was clean and comfortable and having the fenced in space for the dogs was great.»
