Rooms had a horrible smell and there was a dead bug in the fridge and wet rags left on the dresser. Bathroom was dirty and we ended up just not even staying.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
The room was so disgusting that we left. The smell was terrible, tampon shoved into door peep hole, cigarette burns everywhere, bedding dirty, hair everywhere, half the furniture was broken, and the curtain was broken and wouldn't close all the way. Between the smell and the condition of the room we left.

No one was in the office at check in so so I had to stand around in the cold for at least 15 minutes before they finally answered the phone and it took them another ten minutes to come open the office. It was the same thing every time I went to the office for anything. They didn’t change the bedding or sheets. They just remade the bed. There were broke down vehicles in front of the office and on the edge of the parking lot in front of the office area and a vehicle for sale that never moved. It looked like a very bad mechanic's shop. When they came to clean they left trash and didn’t clean the refrigerator or microwave. I called the office and asked for toilet paper but didn’t get any so I just went and bought my own. The sink was very, very slow to drain so always dirty looking. It may be cheap but I do not recommend staying here.

The room smelled like a nasty ashtray. Like a carton a day nasty. I threw away my clothes after i left. NOT RECOMMENDED. WON'T GO BACK

The property was decent, the room was clean. Could tell they were putting money back into the place. BUT, The bathtub was not clean. Ring of scum. Need to get better cleaning solutions and add some scrubbing power.

I was a nice price, but the pillows still looked dirty, two of the three towels we’re dirty. The room smelled like someone had smoked in the room for the past 10 years, even the walls had smoke stains.

This is a no-frills hotel but service was very good, place was very clean with old furn., etc but room had 2 frig's with large freezers which was perfect for my needs. Am booking return now.

The good and bad!!
Bad part: Wooden floors were dirty, sheets stained, Bathroom horrendous, dirty, rust, paint all over the floor, found long brown hair on the shower wall. Found stains on comforter. microwave did not work. Curtains were missing hooks to hold them up. Terrible smelling soap to wash with. Sink was clogged. Found spiders behind bed!! Could have used more pillows. Good part: Very hot water, fridge and freezer worked, Very accommodating giving me fresh sheets and more towels. Cold air-conditioning. Had internet access. TV worked. Watched the Browns game!! We lost. And it was a cheap rate. But now I know why!!

It was close to a venue that I was attending. The property is in need of renovation . There was no maid service during our stay. No bed made up, no new towels, no refil of toilet tissue.

We had bed bugs and our room smelled like cigarettes despite no smoking signs in the room. I am awaiting a refund claim my girlfriend was bit by bed bugs and we had to check out early.

Bed Bug Bites
We checked in at 11pm 7/8/2023,which was ok. Then we checkedout an hour or so later!!! I was laying in bed and my right hand started to itch terrible,I turned lights on to see what was going on and low and behold I saw a small bug on my pillow case and immediatelygrab another part of the case and smashed it,it left quite a blood streak.We dressed and went to the office,I showed the guy my hand and arm and he asked if I really saw what it was? I said YES and it is on the pillow case for you to go look at!!!! We left!!!

They had sumone sleepin in my room
I came back to my room and there was someone sleepin in it. ..i was told bc there was nothing in the room they thought i left ..i had not checked out nor had gave key cards. .i hqd stuff in fridge and shower. I would like tonreport this ans get a refund i had a do not disturb sign on door and they had been comin in my room . .how do they kno nothing was in room if they dodnt go in with sign onndoor

I am sorry to hear about your experience. I verified with my staff it was a mistake and we already gave you full refund for that night. Front desk clerk offered you another room but you accepted money back. once again I really apologize and will make sure share your feedback and will take corrective actions so it doesn't happen in future.

I was given a room that had people sleeping in it, the water pressure was terrible and a few bugs on the floor. I knew by the previous ratings it wasnt going to be great, but i needed a place for 1 night. Id say definitely 1 star, possibly 2 just due to convince & low price.

I don’t recommend staying here.
Wouldn’t recommend. Outdated. Run down. The blankets were not clean and clearly used. Bathroom was dark and dreary. I Didn’t bother to use the shower like I wanted to. Someone also came through what I thought was a closet and quickly apologized. That was certainly startling. Way overpriced for what is given.
