Good value for the money, clean
The room was nice and clean. I wanted to live not too far away from the North Train station, and it took me 20 minutes by foot. The park Cismigiu is 2 minutes away, the old city 20 minutes to walk to. They do not provide breakfast because they do not have a restaurant ( this was in August 23) but there are some shops about 5 minutes walk from the hotel and a nice Trattoria Buon Amici ( Italian restaurant) 3 minutes away.

Okay for the price
Location by a nice park and walking distance to center and old town. Tram also passes by the hotel. You get what you pay for, room smelled like perfume and piss but other than that it was comfortable. Big TV, good water pressure and fridge. Disappointed that they didn't clean the room but only stayed 2 nights.

Hyggelig betjening og god frokost
Familierom med hems, tv oppe og nede, internett på rommet. Aircon, men virket slik at det ble iskaldt nede mens det fortsatt var for varmt oppe på hemsen. God service, og frokosten var meget god.

Good service and location!
I stayed in 2 different rooms on this trip. A suite, and a double. Both rooms were nicely decorated. The suite was large and comfortable with nice comfy chairs and sofa. The bedroom was huge. The doubleroom was also nice, but didn't have the same comfy share. The bathrooms was good, but the shower was leaking some water on to the floor. Breakfast was free and good if you ate early, but they don't fill up, so if you come late it's very picked out. The location is quite good. Close to tram and metro, and a very short walk through the park to the pedestrian areas of the "old" town. The service both at the restaurant and reception was excellent, and the restaurant served a very good salad for lunch.

Very nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Big and tasty breakfast. Clean rooms and big bathrooms. The only problem is that WiFi is not working 100% in all rooms. Air condition and fridge could be better especially on the 2nd floor with roof windows. On the summer it must be very hot up there.

No airconditioning, they say it is only available during summer. Currently 29 degrees on our room and the heating in the bathroom is on and cannot be turned of, the switch is broken. The furniture is old and the doors and walls are in bad condition. View on the street, not on a courtyard in the middle of the building. The receptionist told us all rooms with airconditioning where full, so there are rooms with airconditioning but it is based on luck whether you will get one of those rooms. Receptionist also told these rooms do not have windows. The description is not accurate at all in my opinion.

L'albergo è in una posizione comoda per arrivare in centro considerato che la struttura non è di lusso. Non brilla né per pulizia né per i servizi, ma il tutto accettabile ed in linea con le tariffe. Gentile la ragazza alla reception che ci ha consentito di lasciare i bagagli visto che siamo arrivati ben prima dell'orario per il check in

Comoda e non male per la posizione. Le camere necessitano di un supervisore per la pulizia perché è veramente eseguita in modo molto superficiale! La signorina giovane alla reception cerca di accontentare gli ospiti ma è da sola e quindi è soggetta a un superlavoro! Per chi arriva tardi consiglio di avvisare perché a una certa ora si trova chiuso!

Struttura accettabile, anche le dimensioni della camera erano abbastanza adeguate, ma la pulizia inesistente. Dopo esserci lamentati della sporcizia delle federe e delle lenzuola macchiate e ricoperte di capelli ovunque, ci è stato risposto con arroganza che erano nuove e non potevano cambiarle. Lasciando correre questo fatto, ci siamo poi accorti che l’armadio, l’unico, ad anta scorrevole nella camera era completamente rotto, un’anta non scorreva ed era impossibile utilizzarlo; anche riguardo questo appunto e richiesta di aiuto ci è stato risposto che dovevamo farcelo andare bene e non erano affari loro. Dopo questi due appunti l’atteggiamento della receptionist nei nostri confronti era a dir poco arrogante e con un tono incredulo come se stessimo dicendo menzogne improponibili. Senza trascurare la chiamata che ci è stata fatta come rimprovero dopo aver chiesto al ragazzo delle pulizie di cambiarci le federe, in cui ribadivano di come fosse inammissibile la richiesta. La doccia della camera era completamente piena di calcare che tralasciava un odore sgradevole, ma per il resto il bagno andava bene. Non ci torneremo, peccato perché la struttura è stata apprezzata per la zona comoda vicino al centro.

Personale scortese, che fin dall’inizio non ci ha offerto alcun aiuto, né info sulla città. Ma la cosa peggiore è che ci hanno chiamato un taxi, invitandoci ad uscire immediatamente perché già arrivato, ma in realtà era un tassista fake, probabilmente d’accordo con loro, che ci ha cercato 50 euro per appena 2 km. Rientrati in hotel abbiamo richiesto aiuto per chiamare la polizia, ma si sono rifiutati. Gli abbiamo detto che avremmo denunciato la truffa e così faremo. Erano chiaramente in accordo con il finto tassista. Anche la pulizia scadente, tovaglie non cambiate giornalmente e letto malamente rifatto. Esperienza orribile e da diffidare assolutamente. Sconsigliatissimo

When we moved in our first day the duvet wasn't clean,dust was everywhere,about cleaning I would say was disaster,in the bathroom was a strong smell hard to breathe duringbthe night specialy,I wouldn't reccomande it for long time to stay in!

the staff made a bad impression
The hotel is very good but the staff is terrible. They should invest in some staff training as some of them seem to be frozen in the soviet times manners. What I liked: big bathroom, kettle in the room, comfortable bed, the location, the slippers provided What I didn't like: the staff and no heating in the room other than just using AC - which makes noise, I would prefer if the radiators were working, at least they are quiet. I had to turn off the AC for the night.
