This modern, but cozy, 3 bedroom home is the perfect gameday getaway. This home away from home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, just 5 miles (10 min drive) from Kyle field and Texas A&M University. It is the ideal location whether you are here for Aggie football games, graduation, parents’ weekend, baseball games, Aggie Muster, Ring Day and so much more.
This home has an open concept floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining, and living room, and giving you plenty of opportunity to interact with family and friends while preparing coffee (coffee pods are provided), meals, and pregame snacks. The kitchen is fully functional with pots, pans, bowls, blender, plates, silverware, knives, mugs, etc. With a large fenced-in yard, you can also relax on the back patio and enjoy some moments of quiet. There are also plenty of walking trails in the neighborhood, with a playground and basketball court just down the street.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite, with a full bath and shower. Guest bedroom 1 has a full-sized bed, and Guest bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a combination bath/shower. Linens, pillows, and comforters are provided for each bed. Towels and basic bathroom needs (soap, shampoo, conditioner) are also provided.
A laundry room, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer is also available for guest use. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided.
You will be able to park in the drive or on the street in front of the house. The front door entrance will be keypad coded, so everyone can come and go as they please, without the worry of who has the key.
No smoking inside. No pets allowed.
There are also a couple of closets that will be locked for the owners’ personal items, but other than that, you will have full access to the house. All locations pictured will be available to you.
