«The worst place I’ve ever stayed ! So disappointed from the minute I checked in My itinerary said check in was 3:00 pm and when I arrived I was told 4:00 pm then next on to amenities the pool was empty and told it’s been closed for a long time. Now I get to the room which looked and smelled like 1970 ! After long business meeting I returned to unclean room without explanation this happened 3 times then my request for a inconvenience credit fell on deaf ears as no one would help me but they ...

«Shower leaked - they fixed it. Ceiling fan very noisy - I turned it off. Bed uncomfortable- I had to put up with it. Wall in room damaged.»

«I live only one hour away from Little River but wanted to stay a few nights to do some fishing without having to make the drive every day, so being right across the street from the boat ramp was super convenient! «We we unable to stay at the property. When we arrived at the apartment, we found that it was in disgusting shape. We found black hairs all in the bed, The refrigerator and freezer were nasty with brown stuff all inside, the lamps were completely rusted, paint on the walls were missing and the dining table was nasty and not at all clean. «The view was good, the room was ok the toilet wouldn’t flush! The run around I dealt with to get a decent room was a bit much, the parking was awful! Thanks for the stay I don’t think I would recommend or return!»

«Great room for the price. Pretty view. Excellent pools for the kids and easy access to a great beach! Only minor complaint is the size of the beds. They are tiny and barely comfortable for 1 adult and 1 kid. It would be tight with 2 adults.»

«The rooms are a bio hazard. They was stains on the floor curtains towels and on the lamps. It was a moldy microwave. Roaches in the room! Blood on the wall! Stains on the walls also. You have to get the before 12 or the man that’s in the office puts his phone on don’t disturb and goes to sleep. Don’t waste your money here it’s very nasty we slept in our cars also the pool is filthy also.»

«Balcony was small and the smell of someone smoking marijuana was terrible and we couldn’t sit out there!!!! TV would not work in living room and there was no one there after 8:00pm to look at it! Commode was wobbly upon sitting on it!!!!! Place to rinse feet off the beach wasn’t working!! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Thankful we were only there one night!»
