We found black hairs all in the bed, The refrigerator and freezer were nasty with brown stuff all inside, the lamps were completely rusted, paint on the walls were missing and the dining table was nasty and not at all clean. «The staff was excellent. We had a great time and loved every minute of it. We had 2 chairs and an umbrella set up in the beach for us. For 2 days with our name on it, it was just wonderful. So I highly recommend a Avista for your next retreat. I know that this is our go to place.»

«Balcony was small and the smell of someone smoking marijuana was terrible and we couldn’t sit out there!!!! TV would not work in living room and there was no one there after 8:00pm to look at it! Commode was wobbly upon sitting on it!!!!! Place to rinse feet off the beach wasn’t working!! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Thankful we were only there one night!»
