«Really great stay. Great location. Clean and great staff!! The exhaust fan in our room 217 Tahiti needs replacing it is so so loud and mold/mildew is present. The coffee in the lobby near check in was out of commission part of our trip when my daughter went to get coffee Friday morning. View was great! Only one pkg of coffee for our room with 4 people staying. »

«This is our 2nd time staying here and there were noticeable improvements like the new gate to the pool and new wooden fencing. The only issue was the mattress in our room. It was lumpy, squeaky and the bottom sheet kept coming off. Not a deal breaker, just start replacing your mattress. »

«Very nice accommodations, clean & comfortable! There were No signs of pets or smoking. I'm allergic to both animals & smoke. Sometimes these rentals state pet free/smoke free but then are clearly Not!! But as I said No signs of either here! All the essentials was there. Very nice clean rental. Highly recommend!! Thank You for an Awesome stay. : )»

«Had a great time. House was beautiful, like somewhere I could see myself living permanently. Everyone on Oak Island were welcoming and laid back. We enjoyed the local eateries and shopping especially the amount of antique stores in the area. Picture time by the pier at sunset is a must. »

«Super great staff. Great access to the boardwalk and to the beach. Just don’t get excited to have a drink on the beach. It’s not allowed from their outside bar. Would have been nice. Room and view was AMAZING. »

«This was a great little place for my boyfriend and I for spring break! It’s right in the downtown and everywhere we wanted to go was walking distance. The owners were very nice and replied very efficiently, very accommodating with letting us park in the lot even though we arrived early for our reservation, and letting us add on a late checkout. It was nothing fancy but was clean, affordable, and worked perfectly for what we needed at a good price! »

«Yes the property is pet friendly! The rooms are clean beds are very soft and u can tell the sheets and bedding are clean to sleep under! The pool is great my kids got to take a dip even tho it wasnt in season (only by a week) so they're really kid friendly as well!!»
