Fantastisk beliggenhet
Fantastisk hotell med fantastisk beliggenhet. Storkoste oss med kort vei til sentrum av Brugge. Flotte rom med gode senger. Betjeningen var svært behjelpelige med det vi trengte.

Nice hotel lovated in the city center
Nice hotel, located in the city center, with walking distance to all attractions. 15 min walking distance from the central station. Very nice staff. Good breakfast, free wifi. Swimming pool open from 10 am to 8 pm. Can definitely recommend this hotel.

Wat betreft de bewegwijzering naar het centrum van Brugge, we begrijpen dat het soms lastig kan zijn om de weg te vinden in een onbekende stad. Ons hotel ligt op een ideale locatie in het stadscentrum en alles is op loopafstand, maar we raden onze gasten altijd aan om een kaart of navigatie-app te gebruiken om gemakkelijker de weg te vinden. Onze receptie is 24 uur per dag beschikbaar om u te helpen met routebeschrijvingen en aanbevelingen voor bezienswaardigheden in de stad.Met vriendelijke groeten en graag tot nog eens,

The hotel is in a nice location, and all of the staff were very pleasant, however the property itself is very tired and run down internally, with very dated decor and furnishings, most of which we well worn and ripped throughout all areas of the hotel.

Nice central property. Family room a bit small / tight. Good outdoor pool (some maintenance required). Breakfast and hotel staff lovely. Walking distance to shops. Our only challenge was parking as van had a roof box (c 2.5m high) and parking underground. We did find parking easy enough though. Nice stay and staff excellent #thankyou

Needs heavy renovation
The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the center of Brugge. The room was dirty and the carpet had stains . The bathroom needs renovation and the rest of the room as well . They didn’t change the towels daily and they didn’t provide us with hand shoap , shampoo and conditioner so we had to tell them . The breakfast was great .

Amazing stay in Bruges
This was a gem of a find - it's in an excellent location and very quiet! I was there with my husband and 3 children (14,13,10) and my inlaws. The rooms are big and quiet - even a separate toilet from the bathroom - and I didn't hear a peep from the other guests which was amazing. Some of the decor is a bit tired in some places but it was clean and the bed was the comfiest I've been in for a long time. The breakfast was amazing and so many choices, you won't be disappointed. Our kids ate free and they loved the waffle making machine. Parking is very easy in the underground car park right next to the hotel. Unfortunately you don't get a discount on parking when staying with the hotel - it was 30 euros for us to park there for two nights. The weather when we stayed was a bit horrendous - it rained the whole full day we were there - but the outside pool was still open! It was heated to about 24C and so we went swimming in the rain (and so did some other families!). I was impressed that the pool was even open. No lifeguard so you do need to keep an eye on the kids - and there is a deep end. If it had been warm and sunny it would have been bliss. It's very easy to walk to all the main sites and there are some restaurants just 2 - 5 minutes walk away. We tried the Indian just down the road which was very nice, and a local Flemish place too. Beware that there is no hotel restaurant which we found out after hoping to have dinner there one evening, apart from some pizzas and snacks.

Easy stay as last night in a road trip. Drove directly from Switzerland en route to UK and stayed here two nights before the tunnel. Very easy very convenient . Very poor ventilation ; it was a hot weekend around 28c and the room Was airless , and we didn’t sleep well . Window only partially opened and no a/c. Apart from that it’s all good

This hotel was great, apart from no air conditioning. I bought my Dyson fan from home so was fine but many other guests complaining how hot the hotel was. Hotel lovely and dog friendly. However, no places around the hotel for the dog to go to the toilet. Had to go to a park that was 5-7 minutes walk away. Overall I would recommend this hotel, just not at the height of summer heat.
