Veldig god beliggenhet
Bra hotell. Strålende beliggenhet. Romslige og fine rom med gode senger og moderne bad (stor dusj). Skulle gjerne hatt vannkoker og et speil inne på rommet. Frokostrommet var fint og luftig. Litt utfordring med logistikken - det ble tomt for kaffe og croissanten en time før frokosten skulle avsluttes.

Supert hotell med fantastisk service
Hyggelig, trendy, rolig og fint hotell liggende i kort gåavstand til hovedgate. Hotellet ligger rett ved kanalen og har en hyggelig bakhage i tilknytning baren, som passer ypperlig til å ta en fot i bakken etter en dag på farten. De ansatte på hotellet var utrolig gjestfrie og delte gladelig lokale tips. Besøker gjerne dette hotellet igjen!

Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Thé et café disponibles dans le hall. Hôtel mal insonorisé, du coup quand certains clients sont égoïstes et irrespectueux des autres ça peut être vite dérangeant ! Literie confortable, chambre assez spacieuse et propre. Dommage que notre TV fonctionnait mal (que quelques chaînes disponibles). Idéalement situé !

Period property in the heart of Bruges, this is however a basic hotel. No tea, coffee maaking facilities in room, no bedside cabinets and despite asking 3 times for someone to look st our faulty in room safe, this did not materialise. Basic continental breakfast., with a little work on rooms and facilities and maybe some more staff, it could be a gem in Bruges

Excellently placed hotel with onsite parking
It was a bonus to have a hotel with on-site parking (needs reserving in advance and attracts additional fee). The location was excellent being easy to get to the centre of Bruges which is just a few minutes walk away. The staff were all very welcoming and mainly eager to assist - some appeared much more experienced than others. I was told that gluten free bread was unavailable but do not know whether that would have been the case if I had asked other members of staff - there was a buffet selection of meats, cheeses, eggs, salad, cereal and fruit so there were alternatives available and all of it looked fresh and appetising. A lot of the crockery seemed to be damaged but it was clean and always available. The standard of housekeeping varied quite considerably between the 2 days we were there - first day the duvet was straightened - second day all the bedding was beautifully restored. The USB socket in the room did not work but if we had raised it with the staff it would more than likely have been sorted out - we forgot as we had improvised using the socket on the back of the TV. The room was clean and comfortable with a pleasant view. There was not much storage, seeming to be better suited to short stays but it was absolutely fine for 3 nights. The safe was useful. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but they could be purchased at the bar - a price list in the room would have been useful. We would consider staying there again.

Quick 24hour trip to Bruges for the Xmas markets. Great location, staff are very friendly. Eva was a massive help with regards to recommendations and making us feel very welcomed.

Overall, a very cosy stay. It's a family run hotel and the staff we did meet were very friendly. The location is very convenient too. A couple of downsides are involving the room, it could get incredibly warm even with the radiator turned down and the pillows weren't very comfortable. It would also be nice if they had tea and coffee maki facilities too.

Minimalist rooms done nicely, in a great quiet location on the West side near the train station. The canal view was as promised, but be careful of mosquitos sneaking into the room. An extra plus for the breakfast, though I did wish there was tea and coffee for the rooms. Two minor minuses - There was an issue with hot water, but this was sorted out and I was able to check out later because of it; One of the glasses wasn't clean (with leftover lipstick), but there were plenty of other clean looking glasses available. I'd happily stay again.

Friendly Place
Little hotel with a friendly attitude. Located off the main touristy areas and a short walk to train station. Welcoming and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, simple yet pleasing room and nice little outdoor terrace to end the day with a cold local brew. The only issue was the hot and stuffy room due to the warm weather and not being able to keep the window open due to mosquitos. Otherwise, good vibe and good for solo travellers.

Expected more from a boutique hotel
Stayed in the family room which was out of style in comparison to the rest of the hotel. Not a singe piece of art in the room, in what otherwise feels as a boutique hotel. The bathroom was also strangely built. I’m 1,75 cm tall and couldn’t reach with my feet to the ground when sitting at the toilet. Also, I couldn’t see myself in the mirror properly when shaving, because it was too far away. I expected more for this price level.

What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city! We loved being able to look out at a peaceful canal from our room, and while enjoying the hearty breakfast from the patio. Everyting was delicious, from the boiled eggs to the fresh juice and breads. It did get a little warm in our room due to the higher than average temperature and lack of air conditioning in this old building, but opening a window made it better. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

This is an old and I would say historic property that is located very close to the most important places in Bruges (walking distance, 15 mins at the most). The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great location, but sadly not well-cared for
Pros: - magnificent building - great location - tasty breakfast - stylish interior Cons: - not really well cared for - cleaning lacks attention to detail - front-desk seems strangely uninterested Additional info: we were able to switch rooms but nevertheless our experience didn't change a lot - it's definitely not worth the money, but could be improved a lot easily by a better, more caring management.

Lovely hotel, great location.
Lovely hotel, very helpful and friendly staff - we were greeted with a warm welcome and a map of Bruges with tips and recommendations from the receptionist on where to visit. Hotel is in a great location, around 15 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins to the centre of Bruges. Room was comfortable, water and toiletries were provided. Great continental breakfast included- plenty of choice and attentive staff. Main negative was the lack of air conditioning - we had a room on the top floor and really struggled to cool the room enough with the fan to sleep well the first evening. Would definitely return at a slightly cooler time of the year (was around 30 degrees at the time of our visit). Also note we had to access our room via stairs (no lift) - not a problem for us, but if you have reduced mobility.
