Fantastisk hotell
Liten og koselig hotel men samtidig preget av luksuriøse detaljer i hver hjørnet. Designet for å invitere gjestene til å nyte stedet. Ligger på en Stille og rolig området.. ingenting ting var umulig, det som jobber der vet hva service er.. ønklig hyggelig personnel. Jeg kommer tilbake uten tvil.. I love it

The property itself is beautiful. The location is prime they outside patio is directly on the water and the views are spectacular. The staff is amazing. This is a must see place.

Best hotel in Bruges
The Van Cleef Hotel is an absolute must. The hotel has so much history, is so beautiful, and the staff are so kind and accommodating. The rooms were so clean and fun to be in. I will definitely stay here again coming back to Bruges. Thank you so the entire staff!

Sem duvidas um dos melhores hoteis que ja fiquei, Atendimento impecável de todos, na nossa chegada tivemos um atraso no trem, e chegamos tarde ao hotel, eles fizeram uma reserva em um excelente restaurante proximo para nós, indicaram lugares maravilhosos na cidade, Café da manhã é maravilhoso, o quarto luxuoso e extremamente confortavel. A world class 5* boutique hotel, easily an attraction worth visiting on its own. The space is elegantly designed with top notch furniture and finishings, super comfy beds and zillion details. The staff is very attentive, they advised and booked everything for us; the breakfast and drinks on the terrace is a must. Thank you, Frederick, Benjamin and the rest of the team.

Our stay at the Hotel Van Cleef was an absolute delight. From the attentive staff, the wonderful breakfasts and easy walk to central Bruges made it a great place to stay. Very safe and quiet, one also needs to sit in the area next to the canal to enjoy a meal or an adult beverage. We’ll be back!

The hotel was beautifully decorated, with unique and decoration all around, cozy and the personalized attention was wonderful. The view on the canal for having drinks, coffee, or reading a book was amazing. It was a wonderful location - close walk to everything we wanted to see in Brugge. The breakfast was excellent - very fresh fruit, delicious pastry and bread options and we loved the coffee made to order. The bathroom was modern and beautiful as well. the only issue we had, which was of our own making, was that we did not review the laundry prices before sending out, and it was much much more than we had anticipated. We would have not used that service had we known, but again - it was an outside service and it was our mistake not to inquire as to cost.

Beautiful hotel and the service was above and beyond, Lucas’ professionalism and attention to detail was profound, after a long trip he immediately made us feel at home!! We loved our stay at Hotel Van Cleef. The hotel staff were outstanding -- super helpful and inviting. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. The property itself is awesome. The space is very well-decorated with several spaces to sit back, relax and hang out. We honestly wish we had more time to enjoy the space! Our favorite part of the property is the terrace overlooking the canals, where you can enjoy a coffee, tea or cocktail most hours of the day. We'll definitely find our way back to this amazing hotel. Highly recommend it for others as well.

This hotel truly beat our expectations, the staff were wonderful and met out every need - when we visit Bruges again we will certainly be staying here every time. The breakfast was delicious and as it’s a smaller hotel, it always felt very relaxed. The main reason we chose this hotel was because of the history, it’s a beautiful building to look at and once you’re inside it gets even better - the owners have excellent taste. The staff at this hotel was most accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself was gorgeous and it is within walking distance to almost everything.

This was a lovely stay. I recommend the place. Tips for the staff/management: • do not explain what egg benedicts are - that came across a bit patronizing - instead provide clients in restaurant with the same menu you have printed outside the restaurant. It is more valuable to have that information when we are at our tables before we order. • consider style vs efficiency. The silver set used to serve coffee is gorgeous, but the coffee gets cold really quickly, defeating the purpose. Either serve individual cups, or consider a temperature efficient coffee pot. • check supplies in the room, we had a wooping 1 tissue in the tissue box. None of the above are a reason to avoid Van Cleef, quite the contrary, expect requests to be welcomed by the staff and quickly resolved. They are a very helpful, welcoming bunch :-)

We used to give everybody a menu but during the covid period we stopped doing this and explained everything at the table. It was not our intention to patronize you or to give you that impression. Eggs benedict is maybe known to a lot of people but we must say honestly in Belgium it is not so well know. Please accept our apologies if we might have offended you. The tissue box is our mistake, sorry for that. We will talk to the persons who is responsible for the breakfast to see how we can solve the coffee pot problem. But thank you for informing us.It was a pleasure to have welcomed you and we hope to meet you on another occasion. Kind regards

Each room in this boutique hotel has been thoughtfully curated and is both beautiful and comfortable. It felt more like a home than a hotel. The staff is very welcoming and take great pains to make sure you are comfortable in every way. The breakfast is delicious and we enjoyed eating outside with the canal view two of our mornings there. We really enjoyed our stay here!
