Le personnel est très accueillant, aimable et serviable. L'hôtel propose des jeux pour les enfants à la réception et un billard. Le lit est confortable, les chambres sont propores, l'endroit est calme. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot mais apparement en cours de rénovation. Le buffet est correct, il y a de tout. Moins de 15 min du centre de Bruges. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous reviendront certainement.

Sala reception e sala bar accoglienti, mi è piaciuto molto che ci fossero dei giochi in legno con cui giocare con la famiglia e il biliardo. Parcheggio dell' hotel molto ampio ma trovo assurdo che sia a pagamento, considerando che la struttura si trova in periferia e attorno c' è solo vegetazione. Bagno composto da stanza con lavandino e doccia e altra stanzetta col water .. che non rispetta proprio lo standard di un hotel 4 stelle, andrebbe decisamente migliorato. Bruges raggiungibile in 10 minuti di macchina.

Arnaque parking
On a vraiment eu le sentiment d'une arnaque lors de notre séjour. Et apres plus de 400 reservations sur expedia c'est bien la premiere fois qu'on se fait avoir par l'arnaque du paiement d'un parking extérieur obligatoire payant non annoncé. Reprenons les mots : non annoncé. Vous ne trouverez aucune référence dans la fiche au fait qu'il faille payer le parking et sept d'euros par nuitée en plus de la chambre. Payant : 7 euros. Obligatoire : Le propriétaire a pris soin d'interdire tout stationnement le long du chemin d'accès, rendant totalement impossible le fait de se passer de son parking. Extérieur : Je crois la première fois en 20 ans que je suis amené à payer un parking extérieur. surtout en pleine campagne. En réponse à un autre commentaire sur le même sujet, le propriétaire se défend en disant qu'il applique la norme que ses voisins appliquent, mais en fait il oublie de dire que ses voisins l'appliquent sur un parking intérieur. Arnaque : Au moment de la réservation, le propriétaire nous a dit que si nous avions réservé directement il n' appliquerait pas cette facturation. c'est contraire au principe d'expédia, et en fait cela revient à faire payer la commission d'expédia aux clients. Alors bien sur on ne va pas perdre du temps à denoncer tout cela aux autorités ou à expédia On dit juste ce qu'on en pense. Que c'est une arnaque.

Overall a good value for price although you will pay a premium for EVERYTHING. The condition of my bathroom was it needed a bit maintenance to the shower and faucets that did not want to cooperate. The staff is okay but Nickle and dime for everything and will not offer any real assistance. The restaurant was dreadful.
