Et av de beste hotell
Fantastisk plass og beliggenhet. Flott bygg og klassisk innredet og stil. Vi var tre voksene på tur og fikk tremannsrom og det var helt genialt. +1 bodde på en egen hems og alle trives. Bad og toalett var skilt og veldig praktisk når vi var tre. Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig personale. «Majestetisk» resepsjon/inngang. Anbefales på det sterkeste. I tillegg er Brugge en vennlig og flott by.

Sentralt i gamle Brügge
Dette var et hotell som sto til forventningene. Hotellet lå midt i hjertet av gamle Brügge hvor alt lå i nærheten. Personalet var blide og imøtekommende. God frokost og greit og parkere i egen garasje under hotellet. Et hotell og anbefale hvis du vil bo sentralt.

This was an excellent hotel, close to all the main sites. It is very walkable. We loved the decor. The only thing that was a bit difficult were the few steps from the entrance to the check-in counter and the stairs to the elevator which made it hard lifting heavy suitcases. But we would stay here again. Everyone was very helpful.

Room was extremely small, not as expected or described on Expedia. Expected a much larger room for the price paid, especially since the description said Luxury room. Carpet in room should get changed as there were multiple stains on it. Thank goodness it was a 2-night stay. Staff was friendly.

From the wonderful staff to the central location this hotel never missed a beat. The lobby and hotel bars are historic but most of the rooms are in the annex which were clean and wonderfully modern with a large bathroom. My mother has mobility issues and really appreciated the tub/bench set up in the shower.

Great accomedation, but very dissapointed by management. We parked in the underground parking. Staff had to move our car overnight to another space. No problem, but they left the car light on, draining the battery. Staff tried to revive it, but to no avail, it was dead. Had to get a new one, and arranged road rescue service to install it. We got a free drink as compensation to a 160 euro battery. We've sent two e-mails to management since, but they haven't replied a single one. Very dissapointed.

This may be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. First of all, I love history and so you are staying where King Charles II had his castle. Secondly, the breakfast was amazing. Third, the rooms had beautiful chandeliers with high ceilings. And finally the wellness area had a lovely sauna room. The hotel was so close to all the picturesque spots. We will be back!

A fantastic hotel in the heart of Brugge. We loved our stay, very walkable to all the sites and dining options. Convenient and secure underground parking, HOWEVER... there are no EV chargers at all. The listing mentions EV chargers but there are none. It's a little surprising considering this is Europe and a very nice hotel. We had to find alternate charging after driving all the way from Bonn. This is an easilly fixable situation, and I hope the fix it soon.

The hotel was so beautiful, clean large rooms with a beautiful bathroom. The loft with beds was so comfortable and unique to any hotel. The architecture in the hotel and decor was exceptional! One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. The breakfast was amazing.

Bel hôtel très bien situé.
Emplacement idéal, accueil très agréable. Merci pour l’effort de tous de parler français. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Leger bémol pour le petit déjeuner, un peu cher 30€ par personne.

We returned to Bruges for the holidays. We decided to have rooms for our adult children here, and they were quite pleased. A bit "fancy" for young adults, but they enjoyed the superb service, food, access to the lounge for evening nightcaps, and the breakfast was phenomenal! We plan to add this Hotel to our list of recommendations! Thank you!!
